I rented a car from for a few days. I was told the cost would be one thing, then my credit card was charged for 2 extra days. I dropped the car off on the Saturday which, closed at noon. I arrived moments before noon and no one was there and now Im being charged for 2 extra days. I have been calling your establishment for 2 days with no answer. I have to rent a car again next week. This kind of service is terrible. Added to that when I arrived early to pick up my rental I waited 20 minutes at the front desk before someone finally came out and then was told to come back at noon. Absolutely horrible!

Rented a tuck at least a week and a half in advance telling them that we needed it for 8am. I drive by this location every day for work and I noticed that the truck we rented had its windows left down the entire weekend. When we arrived on Monday to pick up the truck the windows were still down it was wet and super dirty on the inside. Their excuse was that it just got returned this morning when as I said I know for a fact it was there all weekend. Over all horrible service.
