They sold me a car but refuse to finance have said get a cosigner which i did still refuse to finance want another 600 down after getting it 2 weeks ago Wont do anythimg say i dont make enough money to be financed the car is 4000 i bring home 3000 a month how much money do i need to make.have offered no help just wash their hands but i still have a car i cant register or do anything with. Not happy they are in breach of contract and i would never recommend them the car had no working headlights when i brought it home the battery crapped out the next day i was told well a car that cheap will have some problems. So i have a car Im fixing for them to return such bs. DONT BUY FROM THEM RIP OFFS.

Bought a van in February and my transmission blew out on April 19th! Called Justin and he took it from there! Found me a mechanic, dealt with the warranty company and paid for a car rental as we really needed to travel for our kids bday party 125kms away. Not only that, Justin and The Car Lot Etc also paid any overage charges above what my warranty covered. From the moment I start looking for a vehicle to today I had no problems with the Car Lot Etc! The Car Lot etc was great! Ive been shopping around for a car for awhile now and everywhere I went I was told I needed a co signer. Multiple people told me to check out the car lot so I finally did, they got me approved with out a co signer!!! Thanks to to the Car Lot etc team, I now have a beautiful new car and I couldnt be happier. The service was great and everyone was so friendly and easy to deal with definitely recommend checking it out. They have lots of different options and great prices!

I recently purchased a SUV, the service was incredible. The salesman Andre Roy went the extra mile to satisfy our purchase. First time purchasing from here and I would recommend it. Ive purchased new to used and have never driven away with a vehicle satisfied and with a full tank of gas. That was a bonus Ive never had the opportunity to encounter. Way to go The Car Lot Etc.

Ive dealing with The Car Lot Etc for a year and theyve been Great! Staff are very nice and welcoming. They arent "in your face" selling ...they gave me lots of space to browse and made me feel at ease when I had questions. I would without hesitation recommend to at least visit them and see things yourself - they havent disappointed me yet.

They dont fix anything on the vehicle before you take them for a test drive, they just say oh that will be fixed in the mechanical... How r u supposed to take a vehicle for a test drive when it doesnt work properly!?!
