This location doesnt deserve a star rating. The woman working that day was less than respectful to my situation and couldnt care less why I was renting a car and that I came a VERY long way to rent one and essentially made my young daughter and I leave the location. I knew the policies on the website for renting a car and had phoned prior to ensure that I was able to rent and was turned down at the location with no other alternative. I was lucky enough to find a friendly stranger who helped me get a ride to the Enterprise location who was MORE than willing to assist me and my daughter rent a car. Lets just say that I WILL NOT be renting, nor recommend anyone to rent from this location.
