If youre looking for a "personal" experience, look elsewhere. These guys are your typical fast-talking, fast-selling, car salesmen. Bought a car a few months ago and wish wed have gone elsewhere. We immediately had trouble with the vehicle and did our best to remain cordial while trying to come to a resolution. We were promised a few "perks" to keep us "happy" however, they seem to have a very short memory and have forgot such arrangements. Their vehicles are all overpriced. You will notice a number of their vehicles have after-market rims. This is a ploy to catch your eye and for them to reap massive profits by marking up the vehicles. Dont get taken! Look elsewhere!

The purchase of our vehicle was done long distance via email and phone. After dealing with many other dealers who were less than helpful in trying to arrange a long-distance sale, Dan and the team at Auto Depot were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was kept up to date on changes in stock and kept in contact with Dan right up until we began our 4 hour trip to close the deal. When we arrived, Dan had 3 of our preferred vehicles lined-up and ready to test drive. After comparing a few, we chose the one we want, negotiated a price and value for my trade-in and finalized the deal.

I was referred to Dan through a good friend of mine. Dan was great! Very kind and honest from the very beginning which is something that goes a long way with the purchase of a first car. I had great guidance and was able to make a comforting decision at the end of the day. It was a very positive experience overall. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was well equipped, safe and ready for my pick up! The car was in tip top shape and drives smoothly. I am very happy with my decision and all the extra help along the way.

Bought first car from AutoDepot and had no issues at all. The salesperson I talked to was very knowledgeable and she was able to answer my questions. The second time I went to try and purchase a vehicle I was very disappointed. The salesperson was very unprofessional and did not inform me on what was going on while waiting for an acceptance even though he said hed do so. After a week of not knowing what was going on, I had to call them so that I could find out if I were accepted or not. I was not impressed

Dan told me that if he receives one star that means he needs to find another job and if he receives five stars then he gets to keep his job. In that case he deserves 10 stars. Dan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and passionate about selling cars. I would strongly recommend Dan to anyone who is looking to purchase a used vehicle. And Auto Depot in general is an excellent used car dealership. It is clear that Auto Depot is client focused and provides excellent customer service.

Great buying experience! I would highly recommend Dan or any of the sales team if you are looking to make a newer model used vehicle purchase. They have all makes and models, the turn-around for vehicles seems to be quick fast, but they are great with finding a vehicle to meet your needs. The salespeople work together as a team, makes the experience much better for anyone who walks in the door, no high pressure sales.

To all those looking to purchase a vehicle, Whether youre near or far from Sudbury look no farther than Danny from Auto Depot. He didnt push an agenda nor did the try to tell my wife and I what we wanted. Danny listened carefully to what we were looking for and then went on to work his magic. Not impressed. I was told I had to do a credit check before Id even be allowed to test drive a car I was interested in. I signed the forms for the credit check to be told theyd call me when they get an answer. Never heard from them again. Took a hit on my credit for no reason.
