You have to be careful when you order any parts there because they are antiquated in their order process and do not provide proper training. It cost me about $40.in shop charges at my garage just to find out that the part they ordered for my vehicle wasnt meant for the year. It is not a replaceable part on its own for my model year so they ordered the part for another model year. When I suggested they at least could give me a free oil change since it was their mistake, I was simply told " It doesnt work like that." I will not be dealing with them again since I am in other cities often enough. I didnt get the right part on at least one other occasion and will not be fooled again.!!!

The Ford Edge is a great vehicle for driving in the sudbury/Sault Ste. Marie area. It takes me everywhere that I want to go and has not failed me yet. The service at Ford is wonderful and they do a thorough job at cleaning the vehicle during a service. Wonderful work by the dealership
