I purchased a battery from this location years ago for my Pontiac Grand Am. I would sit in the car and run the radio for hours and the battery started every time! It lasted over 6 years and I was extremely pleased so I went out and told my friends and family. The battery had a green top and white bottom. Regrettably I had no idea that Interstate Batteries are not necessarily the best. In fact every battery out their is hit and miss. Bought another one for my mom this time a jet black one with interstate sticker on it. Hmmmmmm sketchy right? Just what I thought. Battery lasted 24 months and failed mom on the grocery shopping trip. What a shame! Ran back to them to honour the 6 year warranty they claim is so awesome. To all: please ensure you read the fine prints of everything! Nothing is ever for free and the warranty is bogus. I went back and all they said was we will discount a brand new one which is cheaper than anywhere else by a few bucks. When I asked what about the false advertising of 6 years coverage they went quiet. Their printout shows a bunch of bogus info. Solution? GO TO WALMART AND SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. ALL MY FAMILY WENT TO WALMART 5 YEARS LATER AND WALMART WILL LET YOU PICK A BRAND NEW BATTERY OR GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT. KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH. PLEASE! I DONT WANT THIS HASSLE TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE OUT THEIR. ALWAYS REMEMBER.....THESE SMALL SHOPS ARE ACTUALLY JUST PRIVATELY OWNED FRANCHISES AND WANT MONEY! WALMART IS DIFFERENT BECUASE THEY HAVE GUIDLINES TO FOLLOW AND HAVE CUSTOMERS COMING BACK. ALSO I FOUND THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS PRETTY NICE BUT CARED LESS TO DO SOMETHING FOR ME. TIPS FOR MANAGEMENT? BE HONEST TO CUSTOMERS AND LET THEM KNOW ITS HIT AND MISS AND THE GUARANTEE IS NOT ACTUALLY 6 YEARS COVERAGE ITS UNDER 24 MONTHS AND IF SOMETHING HAPPENS YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. THANKS ALL!

While the staff is nice, theres some shady stuff going on. While deciding to purchase a battery here a customer came in with a battery they just purchased and it was dead already. They quickly moved the battery off the counter and said very little. I know they were only trying to conceal the problem from our decision making. Glad we took that into account and went to the dealer for our battery. The dealer while might be a little more, you have a real warranty and a quality battery. Sorry guys, that deserves a 1 star. Honesty is everything.

These guys are awsome very knowledgeable staff and offer great customer service. They explain all the details and even cary the batteries out to your car for you! If you need a battery you need to come check this place out... one guy there even showed me how they rebuild tool batteries... cool! Always coming back here for my batteries for many years to come.

Purchased three batteries for my boat. The guys are friendly and always helpful. I had a later problem with one of the batteries and they replaced it. Will definitely shop there again.
