We visited the new "second" location near Kennedy/Stafford in Brampton, we had been patrons of the location when it was a Midas and were hoping to continue with the new owner. The service was absolutely appalling, I would give negative stars if I could. We went in and werent even sure if the gentleman behind the desk was working or not, it wasnt until I asked "are you open?" he said "yeah". Explained we were looking for an oil change, he took our keys and drove the car in to be looked at. About half way through service he asked if we were looking to pay with debit or cash. "Debit" we said- oh- the machine is down- cash only. Inconvenient and we told him we would have preferred knowing before hand, but it happens- we scrounged up enough cash and waited for the job to finish up. During this time another customer came in and asked if someone could look at a light that had gone off in her car, he said "as the owner" he only have one mechanic whos busy, he can drive her down to his uncles place down the street (and leave us alone in the office) but it would be a $60 "diagnostic" fee to tell her what the light off meant. Understandably she declines, Id be pretty weirded out too, she left. When the mechanic finishes with our car the "owner" asks me to fill out a blank receipt and to authorize the work being done- I told him I wasnt comfortable "signing off" on something when nothing had been filled in. He grudgingly took it back, and even asked us for the date as he didnt know what he was filling out. We gave him a $50 bill to pay (total came to $37 and change)- the "owner" starts to apologize that he doesnt have change- he only has a $20 bill in his wallet. The "owner" then offers to drive us down to his "uncles" place and we can pay there. At this point hes still holding our $50, and we had to ask for it BACK as he was holding it a little bit too close to his open wallet. At this point we explained wed been very patient and understanding- we intended to pay with debit but the machine was down, we had cash but what business doesnt even carry $13 in CHANGE? He apologized falsely saying now hes just the "IT" guy- when we clearly over heard him speaking to the previous customer that hes the owner. When we point this out to him he says its "not his fault" and that he ordered the replacement to the debit machine but it hasnt arrived yet, and hes only been "at this job for two weeks, have had over 200 customers and weve never had a problem like this before". Lies- we live in the area and have driven past there multiple times- its always been empty and now we know why. We refuse to "overpay" and refuse to have him drive us to a different location to pay- if his uncle is literally down the street he can drive up and give him change. The "owner" of this place was clearly put out by us even though all we asked is for our CHANGE! He finally relented its too much work for his uncle to drive down with the change and agrees to let it "go for $30"- he pockets the cash in his own wallet. We had to ask him for the receipt as well that he was hiding behind the counter specifically. Im not familiar with the location on 89 Stafford Avenue but its on the receipt Ive been given, if the uncle/father of this business is reading this review PLEASE chat with your family member running your new business because I can guarantee you he will run it down to the ground if he hasnt already. Never returning to either locations now because of this.

I took my vehicle to get an emissions test done at another shop in the area, unfortunately it failed but the technicians at the shop were unable to provide any information and were charging me through the roof to do the work. I saw an ad in the guardian for Dashmesh so I came in and showed them my results. They were helpful and explained everything to me in layman terms. I was treated well and the work was done at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Dashmesh Auto for all mechanical needs.

The owner is not always there as he says he has other businesses as well. But he makes sure you are taken care of and his employees do an awesome job. We use to be able to walk out to the work area but i guess insurance doesnt allow that no more. Guys do an awesome job servicing my vehicle and have only had to use the body shop once because of my brother in law hitting a fire hydrant. Body shop made the car like new. Tell Tony (owner), Manny sent you been going there for 15 years.

I took my Toyota to Dashmesh after it was vandalized and Maninder took very good care of me. He arranged for a tow truck and took care of the rental car while my car was being repaired. Maninder kept me updated during the repair process, and was very patient answering all my questions. I never felt rushed and I felt that these guys take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Dashmesh Auto for any bodywork or repair that you need done.

Brought my car in after I got into an accident. Great customer service. I was provided with a rental car and walked through how the repairs would be carried out. All the repairs to the body of the car were done properly and the paint job was great. Would definitely recommend !!!
