I would never purchase another vehicle from this place. Service part I had no problems. Dealing with their sales was a nightmare. Besides not returning phone calls and not honoring their word on products purchased through their sales team I would not only not purchase a vehicle from Tri County I have also switched to Chevrolet. My Equinox is a dream. Also do not believe Eric when he states you get a referral bonus as that never shows up either. So instead of supporting local which I try to do when possible I not only will not purchase a vehicle here but I also will not refer anyone to this vendor.

I wholeheartedly echo what Pam and Wilf already said - Tri County Ford is the BEST for service - always friendly and accommodating, and the car is always ready on time. They explain what they did and why, and they tell me about anything that may need attention in the near future. A loaner car is available most times, and the one time my car had to stay there overnight and a loaner was not available, the manager loaned me his own car to get home. I drive a Toyota now and I love it, but my next car will be a Ford based on the convenience and excellent service at Tri County Ford.

Service at Tri County Ford is outstanding. I have heard many people say postive things about the service here and I have had all good experiences. I bought my Ford Escape here and whenever I need to get something done or have a question the staff are friendly and helpful. They are considerate and have given me a loaner car when mine was in for service and I needed a car for work. They check everything over when I take it in for oil changes and I can have confidence that my vehicle is safe.
