We were on the road, camping, for ten days with 4 kids 11 and under, and our Sienna suffered a window malfunction. Ken, the service manager, squeezed us in and the mechanic quickly got us back on the road. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Cant thank them enough!
