They knew exactly how to get us a car. Just like they said they could. Although after looking through our papper work we discovered that the infomation we gave them was altered and not completely truthfull. The woman who sold us the car was overly pushy and out right lied about somethings. Lile the fact that our extended warrenty was not "included" as she said it was. We later found out that it was an extra 1,600 dollars that we were paying for this warenty, even though we asked about it being included and were told it was. When I asked them about this after I realized how much it cost us they reaponded with "well its a good thing to have." I asked if it was optional and asked why it was presented to us in this manner and again the response was the same "well its good to have" this is very very dishonest as far as I am concerned. On top of all of this I just had an oil change on this car to come and find out that the oil plug was hanging on by a thread. So beware of what you buy. It seems that there service department is as comcerned about properly maintaining the cars they sell as much as the sales people are about telling the truth. Knowing what I know now about this place I cant say that Ill ever go back. I have a $25 dollar gift card from them which I will probably kever use now out of fear of what they will or will not do to my car this time.

The end of March we were facing the end of warranty on our car, had some household damage that put us in credit troubles and needed a new car. So we went into Race after hearing the commercial on the radio. We said we were there to challenge the commercial that it was too good to be true and with the credit mess there was no way we would get a car. They took our information and said they would see what they could do. We left knowing full well we were NOT getting a new car but it was fun to humor ourselves. The next day we had a phone call from Lori, YOURE APPROVED! I dont know what she did or how she did BUT, she did it! We are now proud owners of a 2012 Nissan Maxima and loving every minute of it. I took so long to write my review because sometimes people write them about the service they receive when buying the car but then after you dont matter. Not the case here! We have been in for oil changes and are treated as well as we were when we went in to buy the car. We used the referral program where we sent someone to Race to buy a new vehicle and right away our reward was added to our gift card. They are really amazing at Race Auto, love the service, and most of all....loving the stress free of our new car. Thank you to everyone at Race Auto. You proved me wrong...lol.

I am very amazed on how professional and knowledgeable the staff at Race auto is. Right from the time I stepped out my car Erin made me feel respected and comfortable. She let me know in the way she spoke and her body language that she was there to ensure that she would help me in getting a new car. I watched her work and do her magic to help me get a car. She was able to ensure that I was able to leave that day (within 3 hours) with a new car. Then Dave and Amy assisted me with some extra paperwork the next day where I had taken the car with me. Everyone I had the pleasure in dealing with including the guy that detailed my car with next to no notice that it had to be done so that I could make it to work on time. They differently have taken the conception of customer sanctification to a whole new level. The other car dealerships are going to have a hard time matching them.

We were very happy with the service we received at Race Auto Group. We werent subjected to pressure tactics and we felt free to roam the car lot at our own pace with no pressure from anyone hovering over us looking for a quick sale. We took 2 weeks to search for the vehicle we wanted and we dealt with 3 different staff members during that process. It was very good knowing that we received the same high level of service from each of the people we dealt with. One thing that jumped out at us was the patience that was demonstrated from everyone at Race while we considered our options for a new vehicle. If the vehicle we wanted to test drive wasnt on site, they made every effort to get it to Dartmouth from the Truro site - even if it was just for a 5 minute test drive. I would highly recommend this location for anyone considering getting a new vehicle.

My boyfriend and I recently bought a vehicle from Race Auto Group, I must say that the staff at Race Auto Group very friendly and eager to help. I will say that they do what the radio ad says...no pressure sale staff. If you like a vehicle you have to go in ands see them, they do not pounce on you like other sale staff at other dealer do as soon as you get out of your car. The staff at Race Auto Group, kept my boyfriend and I informed of our application process every step of the way. They managed to get my previous loan paid out and got us into a 2015 Dodge Journey (which I love). I have already been spreading the word to my co-workers about Race Auto Group that it is a awesome place to go check out for you next vehicle. I will continue to spread the word. I bought my first car with Race Auto July 4 2013 .It was a very pleasant experience. Erin was extremely helpful and very well knowledgeable about the financial process and knowing her way around the car I chose. I had lots of questions as a first time buyer and I left with a good feeling and all my questions answered with smiles and professionalism. I did need to bring my car into service with in the first week to have the transmission looked at (it was shifting hard) something I was unused to, and worried something might happen to it in the near future. But the mechanic I dealt with (name unknown) was AWESOME and put my heart at ease, he had a great attitude and a sincere smile. Hard to find when you are a woman dealing with male mechanics. I want to say I am completely happy with my new vehicle and the customer service I received from Race Auto Group. I am a returning customer. 1st time around was over 4 years ago when no one else wanted to talk to me Race had no issues in fact they worked hard and got me something that I loved and it fit into my budget. This time was not because I did not still love my car but needed something better for our NS winters and I have to say from the moment I started this process with them once again until I picked up my new SUV I am a very Happy customer and I always tell my friends about my experience..
