If I wasnt pleased with Jim Hatheways team I wouldnt have been a consistantly returning customer over last 17 years. The Sales Team sets the relationship with a welcoming feeling equivalent to coming home to family. Jim Hatheway himself seems to add his personal touch to a clients comfort considering how busy his day is. Ive been fortunate not to have many problems with any vehicle. But when I do Neil and his staff rise to the occasion to get the matter resolved as painlessly as possible with a very congenial attitude. They have a knack of knowing their customers, that makes ones experience so much more pleasant & personal. I even drive an hour to get oil changes simply because the experience is so family oriented; the "small town" flavour is highly evident unlike thE so called "big city" type dealership. Oh BTW my recent purchase was an Escape 4WD - the 1st SUV Ive purchased. I know it is not a Fusion but it very comfortable, fun to drive. Will I have problems with it? Of course it is mechanical but I guarantee the Team will solve issues ASAP. I think it is self-evident Im a dedicated client of Jim Hatheway Ford team.

I have been using Hatheway Ford for the last year or so. This is the first time I have completed the survey. I should have completed it each time to compliment the service team. They are amazing. They have always been cheerful, helpful and accommodating with my schedule. They are honest and practical when it comes to suggesting work that needs to be done now vs it can wait awhile. They remember me, my vehicle- so much so that the shuttle service just takes me to work- they know where it is. I do not live in Amherst- I choose to travel almost 100 kms to specifically go to Hatheway for my service. I am moving to Moncton and will endeavour to continue to have my work done at Amherst. The service is always completed quickly and they have a great shuttle service if we need to go back home and they will even pick us back up. Great Service. We brought our Fusion in for a recall notice and the whole experience was hassle free. This was our first time with the vehicle at this dealership. They had everything sorted and an appointment setup in minutes. The service staff were friendly/professional and explained everything thoroughly (No bullshit). We were even a little late for our appointment and they still got us in right away. Would highly recommend them.

All staff speak when they see you and the ones that you deal with more often can almost alway call you by name, makes you feel like you matter. I thought I had done something to the keyless entry system and went in to have it reset....it wasnt needing to be reset I was using it wrong! The staff were quick to get an appointment for me and quick to notice that nothing was wrong. They showed me how to work the system and there was no charge..thank you!!

Had alot of problems with rude staff and stuff not being fix when they say it was fixed or "cant simulate the issue" and get in the car and its doing the same thing as when dropped off.
