No problem finding the location to drop off our rental from our stay on Prince Edward Island. Im totally frustrated with the service. We were offered a drop off at the train station, great, right? They dropped us off alright, to a closed building for a 4 hour wait on the train. Seriously? It had to be obvious we didnt know there was nowhere to wait on this chilly, gloomy day! A bit of kindness in offering a ride to a nearby restaurant or shopping center wouldve been considerate. Not impressed.

We booked an SUV/crew cab truck a week in advance. Got a sedan and a promise that they might have the vehicle we want by the end of the week. Really, guys?

I got a car with rent a car and its grose dirty and the blue tooth dont work the car is very dirty dont go get a car off them !!!
