Took my car in on August ,12,2016 to get a cracked flexplate fixed. They jerked me around forever with constant excuses finally "finishing the job" on August 31,2016 only for me to have to sign a waver stating my car was unsafe to drive! while removing a bolt (in the axel) they broke it off in the engine block and now claim its not their fault. So my car was technically drive able before the repair and now afterwards its unsafe to drive!

One thing to say is Ive never dealt with a dealership where the staff in all areas are so pleasant and make you feel like your business is important. I have worked in a public atmosphere for many years so its always a pleasure to be able to actually have a conversation with people and them not make you feel like a burden. I see lots of 1 star ratings no doubt from People POed about dealings in a service department. Heres a news flash. Cars break down and parts can be expensive. Thats going to happen regardless of what youre driving or where youre getting it fixed. That said. The staff were very accommodating to me. So I give a good review to Amherst Chrysler.

I was pushed into a van I didnt want, without any of the features I did want, with a broken heater vent thats covered under extended warrenty, but the you refused to fix when I called. Can you say negative stars??? Why would you ask me for a review, you drunk?
