If I could give zero stars I would. We took our F150 in for repair as we were having trouble with it losing power on hills and at certain speeds. A person at the dealership took the truck, drove it home 30 minutes and back said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and charged us $180 for doing nothing. We took it to another dealership a few days later and they found the problem right away (covered under warranty) and couldnt believe that no one else did. We called Ford Canada about getting our $180 back because something was obviously wrong but they said that the dealership requires us to pay a diagnostic fee. I would never ever darken the doors of this dealership again and as a friend if mine says...."I wouldnt take a wheelbarrow to Keltic."

Friendly service from people who know what they are doing with our vehicle. I like that after only three visits over a nine month period they remember our names. I also like that they cheked the veichle history, recalls and updates while I was there dropping my vehicle off and told me of any important information before I left. When they made suggestions for service work then explained the positives and the negatives so I could make an informed decision, that gets a thumbs up! Great customer service with a smile! Just wish I could remember all of the service teams names.

Excellent! Time was taken to answer all questions without feeling that the salesman was going to move on if you didnt immediately buy. The salesman offered many options & again took the time to understand what I may be looking for in a vehicle. I would reccommend Keltic Ford for outstanding customer service, something that is rare today with our press one, press 2, press 3 for service, then HOLD in the hopes of reaching someone, anyone!

This past week I had a problem with my 2015 Ford Edge thinking it was my transmission slipping but to find out with in a few minutes that it was and air intake module and repaired immediately and also had my oil changed at the same time, very professional service which I am very pleased. Went into the dealership with no plans to buy a vehicle that day. Got an extremely good trade in on my Toyota and a deal I could not walk away from. A seamless recall experience. Although I wanted to change my address in Fords system, the Service Desk could not do this. Had to call "Ford" with the usual press 1 for this, 2 for that and wait, still not complete. Seems like a simple request, and I assume that they have access to Ford.

Used prices are always the highest. Even on new vehicles it seems like every dealer can beat them. And. They wont budge. Some friendly staff but I would never buy from there again. Selection is poor too.
