For being the only car rental place in town this location has excellent customer service and is well managed. Typically in larger cities or at airports where there is far more competition the car selection is good but customer service aspect can be hit or miss. This Enterprise office has a small fleet of cars but surprisingly good selection and the employees, particularly the lady that manages the office, is a class act. If ever I had an issue with a rental she was sure to mend the situation.

Excellent service. Staff are always helpful and friendly, especially Christina. The fact they are in Antigonish has made me use them when I travel elsewhere. Thankful they are in town! More selection would make them a five, but they do the best they can with their small numbers.

Shop was closed when we got there, we had to wait outside. Auto-charged our credit card for a parking ticket even though we were contesting it with the authority.
