Wow! Lindsay... I cant speak for your experience but Ive had work done at Bordertown Body Shop several times over the years and couldnt have been more pleased with both the work they did and the pleasant service they provided. I found the Manager professional and courteous, and he and his staff have gone well above and beyond whenever theyve worked on one of my vehicles. From the times Ive dealt with the Manager I find it hard to believe hed ever call someone stupid based on their gender so Im not sure if that comment is intentionally inflammatory or just a misinterpretation of what was actually said. The only thing I would agree with Lindsay on is the wait time to get work done... yes, it can take a few weeks to get in but thats because theyre the best around and have a long waiting list of people waiting to get work done. In my experience its well worth the wait!! PS- Im not an employee or a relative.

Liars, dishonest management, and truly a terrible place. The manager lied to myself and my insurance company multiple times. Took nearly a month to get an appointment, then took twice as long as quoted to do the repairs. Refused to own up to it when directly confronted about lying. Over charged me and called me stupid because I am a woman. Do not EVER take your car here. Absolutely horrible management and service. Go somewhere else, youll save yourself a lot of headache.

The number one body shop in Cumberland County. The manager, Don Shubert, is fantastic and goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. Highly recommended by many.
