This is our second vehicle from Clarenville Ford. Both are f150. The salesman was very polite and professional and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns about our vehicles. The few times we had to go in for service, the service department went out of their way to schedule us in for an appointment. Because we have an hour and half drive to get to the dealer so we try to make a day of it in clarenville. Doctors appointments, shopping, etc..it works out great. The service desk or the receptionist always offers us the shuttle service which is nice. The sales department always does it best to give us a great deal on a new vehicle. Which will keep us coming back. The lady in the finance department was very friendly and helpful, explained everything about the Ford credit services to us. We are yet to have a bad visit or be disappointed in a visit to this dealership. Keep up the excellent customer satisfaction. BOB.....
