Dear General Manager, Im writing in response to your reply to my husbands review earlier. I am quite surprised that you couldnt locate our file at your Western Toyota Dealership in Corner Brook, NL, as your staff called me by my husbands last name (Jeffery) as soon as I walked in. It was not surprising they probably all know me, as I have been visiting your dealership almost on a weekly basis trying to solve problems. Your dealership couldnt even get the tire pressure sign off after maintenance of any of the vehicles, and suggested they didnt even have sensors! How could your staff possibly not understand when a wheel has a tire pressure sensor??? With one of our vehicles, I have brought it in twice after a regular maintenance recently just to get the tire pressure sign adjusted. Last time I waited for three plus hours just for winter tire change on that vehicle, and after insisting on getting the sensors adjusted, your staff finally got it done, and charged me $134.57 for winter tires change saying they had to spend extra time adjusting the sensors. What an expense for just a winter tire change! Not only that, your staff broke one of the caps on the rim and I had to bring back the car again. Four caps are missing from the winter tires, and your staff didnt even bother to put any caps back on the winter tires when they installed them. The tire pressure signs are still on in our two other vehicles. I am extremely hesitant to bring them back again, as I am worried about my pocket and my vehicles. I am pretty sure you can locate our file. Please call me at any time!

We are from out of town and we decided to contact Mr. Herb Canning at Western Toyota when we were considering to buy a new vehicle this Fall. From our first phone call we knew this would be the garage that we would be dealing with from here on in. All of our questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely and respectable manner. The day we arrived to pick up our vehicle, my 4 year old son was with me. We were greeted with a smile and handshakes from many of the Toyota team members there. One of the sales associates brought my son a container of fresh popcorn which was to his delight. We loved the atmosphere, and felt very welcomed. We will continue to be a part of the Toyota team in the future and we would like to personally thank Herb Canning, Yvonne Byrne and Trevor White for such an awesome representation of 5 star service! Way to Go and we LOVE our Highlander!!!!

Awesome service! We recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander here and found the team was amazing to work with. Being from out of town, we had reservations that the purchase process would be difficult, however the General Manager, Herb, assured us that he would personally see to it that the process would be seamless, and he was right! He took time to listen to our concerns, he gathered as much information from us before he met with us to reduce our wait time at the garage. He made us feel welcomed when we arrived and his team were ready to help. It didnt take long before the paperwork was signed and we were driving away in our new SUV. Excellent service with Western Toyota and all of the staff. The sales and service teams are great. The general manager (Herb Canning) is the BEST! He is very understanding and willing to sit down and have a discussion about your experience at the dealership. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They damage my vehicle or do substandard work most times I get service there. I have three Toyotas and although I love the cars, this dealership is so bad that I will never buy another one. They also refuse to honor warranty repairs - your warranty is basically useless there. Beware, stay away, and get your car serviced elsewhere if you already own a Toyota.

The staff is always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. In my opinion Toyota products speak for themselves.
