I just bought my first truck...after searching for months for a used truck, I decided I did not want somebody elses problems, I wanted a new truck. I went online and built and priced out the truck I thought I wanted, filled out the application for financing and Shawn called me that evening. I told him what I was looking for and he set up an appointment for the next day. I was greeted by Shea when I walked in, he took me and showed me around the lot, while I was waiting for Wayne. I met with Wayne and Daniel, they are great guys to deal with, it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. I walked out with my new truck that Saturday afternoon and booked an appointment for the accessories to be installed on the following Monday. Quick and Easy/ Fast and Friendly...just what I like!

I had an appointment on Monday at 1:30pm.I was greeted by Elizabeth from the service centre,she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain to me what my recall was about and the danger as to why they made the recall. My car went in at 1:25 pm as I looked at my watch to see what time it was taken in. She then asked me if I needed to be taken anywhere as they have shuttle service which I think is a great service to have. Elizabeth the asked me if I wanted a tea,coffee, or a hot chocolate. The service was something I have never experienced .I am a huge Buick fan as I have owned nothing but Buicks. I am disabled and the car has the comfort that nothing else comes close to.Thanks Elizebeth for going above and beyond for making me feel like I meant something to CYV. .

I checked out another dealership that only gave me 1 option, didnt listen when I said Used and tried to sell us something too expensive, and only gave us 1 choice. I was blown away with the service by CYV, particularly by Mark Van Tassel. He met us with a smile as soon as we got there. I told him we were looking for a Used SUV. He listened, showed us what he had, gave his opinion on a couple SUVs that had a few more miles on them, but at no time did I feel pressured into anything. He answered all our questions and then some. He was very accommodating and I plan on going back to CYV, back to Mark Van Tassel, next year to trade in our other car. Weve had our Hyundai for 2 weeks now and love it. Its exactly what we wanted and its within our budget. Thanks Mark.

we just recently bought a dodge nitro from CYV got nothing but nice things to say about the staff. We have bought 3 vehicles over the years from CYV and Mark Van Tassel has been our salesman for all 3. Mark is a great salesman and very friendly and knowledgeable. He keeps in touch to see how the cars are working which is nice of him to do. He calls when we have a free oil change which surprises us or if we are happy with the services we have got. Mark is a very pleasant man to talk too. I would recommend Mark as a salesman if you are looking to buy a vehicle. My visit was a great one. I bought a 2008 Kia Magentis. The people at CYV are easy to talk too and deal with. Mark VanTassel is a great sales person and Daniel Beaulieau was our financial advisor. Both of these guys are nice and polite very up front. I believe that everyone who is looking into buying a new or used vehicle should try this place. They treat you like a person and like family. .My experience with CYV in Woodstock is ALWAYS excellent! Everyone in the dealership is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful. They really treat you like family. Over the years this dealership has not changed on wit. I just bought my newest car....in one day!! From start to finish. It was an amazing experience. NEVER AGAIN we will buy anything at this dealer.friendly if you buy a car but after you signed you can start paying bills at the shop for the junk you bought.We bought a 2011 Equinox 4 month ago and every month in the shop.at least we should have to pay 8000 $ to fix the suv. we let a mechanic check the suv and they found holes in the frame....ABS not working...AWD not working....Traction control not working. We payed 11000 and after 4 month the suv was worth around 2000 .

Went there to buy a used truck. A 2008 GMC sierra. priced at $11,310. It needed new tires for starters which could set me back at around $1000. Plus there were a few other items that would cost even more. None the less I made what I thought was a reasonable offer of $10,000 + tax. The manager came back with his counter. Believe it or not he took off a whole TEN DOLLARS off the sticker price. This is not a joke. Stay far, far away from this circus
