Became a REALLY bad experience the moment we drove off the lot in the used Subaru we purchased from them. The subsequent trips back to their garage for maintenance/repairs were DISASTERS! We are still paying to correct mistakes their mechanics made. The loan and warranty they signed my mother up for were also not properly or accurately represented.

came in with misfire code, they replaced the most expensive part (ignition coil) first instead of changing spark plugs. not impressed at all
