I couldnt give a zero star. Service is even worst then I heard. We got a brand new hybrid n first they say they need 2 weeks for inspection. Which was ok. But when we got it we did as they ask we water the trailer n it was leaking inside a few places. No pressure in taps cause the pipe were full of plastic. Doors handle was very loose not closing properly. Now after fixing all this we get on the road n the brake sticks n they say sorry no service today wait next week. Am on my way to Toronto. Wait next week????? Seriously!!!!!! Theyre good at selling but I think ppls should be aware that they are a big huge ZERO at service. They dont even know how to do an inspection properly. And when they go over with u they have no idea of what is what. Soooo frustrating

In 2015 I have purchase a 2015 Solair hybrid. Very good product, but customer service was very bad. I purchased it on a Saturday and they told me I would be getting it the following Thursday. I called on the Wenesday to make sure that I would be ready for the following day. They announced me that it would be a extra week. Whaaaaaaaat! I finally ended up waiting 2 weeks total for the camper. Service after the sale is also very bad. I will never buy another camper there again. We are shaping to up-grade to a 32ft and its not there. They lost this sale.
