The customer service was alright, did not go out of there way to make anyone feel overly welcome. The waiting area is old, dated and can use a good clean. They did offer free wifi which was nice while you wait but that is about it. Where they lost my business is in there quote and actual charge. To start when my wife took our car in to have the check engine sensor checked they charged us for the scan. Most auto repair shops give you a free scan if you have the repairs completed with them, they did not and charged us $60. My wife and I were quoted $202 and change for a repair that when we looked online was on average $350. So naturally due to the price we went with there service. The repair is working fine so far but the final bill was $315 and change taxes included. We had to pay an extra $113 for the repair. They did not have to perform any extra service to the car or have any additional issues where they needed to charge us more money. If they did, it was not voiced to me or my wife. When I asked about the price difference between what they charged us to what we were quoted, the female attendant indicated that she just quoted us the price of the part and not the labour involved and they could not give us an estimate on labour because it was not in there computer. But, while there they indicated that they make this repair regularly on my make and model of vehicle. I can assure you that the shop quoted us $202 parts and labour included. With these harder financial times and so much competition for auto repair it would bah eave them to more accurate with what they provide. Lastly they do not carry certain oils on hand. I do not mean name brands. When I asked about an oil change on my other vehicle they indicated they would have to order synthetic oil in to perform the oil change for me. Needless to say I am not happy with this auto shop and will not be returning there. I would suggest that you try a different shop and save yourself the headache and the financial hit to your wallet. My worst experience with a garage that I can recall!!! They replaced my rear pads and rotors, apparently both of my calipers were siezed, one of which they dropped and broke the line, ended up putting an old piece of brake line they had lying around. They also broke my ABS sensor while replacing my wheel bearings. No codes were showing on my dash board when I brought the vehicle there but magically it went bad while in the shop. They also forgot to tighten my parking brake after doing the brakes to which I had to drive back and get that fixed. When I picked my car up the second time there was a 15 km trip showing on my odometer, mud all down the side of my vehicle and my cds were all sitting on my front passenger seat. Its obvious someone took if for a drive to I dont know where. I will never go back to this place again, it has obviously gotten bad there under the new ownership which are Korean. Even if you spend a thousand dollars there youre treated like crap. Stay away because its going to cost me another couple of hundred dollars to get someone to go through my car and fix what they had tried to. HORRIBLE!!!

Went for a MVI a couple of weeks ago and they tried to say that new brakes, rotors and pads were needed all around. Which was bull, it had all new just a month ago. When they were told this, they said "oh, well it doesnt pass because your leaf springs are leaking". Umm excuse me? My leaf springs are leaking? Never knew that leaf springs could leak! LOL Called them out on that, and then they tried to say that all the tires had to be replaced, including the spare. The guy started going through prices of tires they had there for sale. That was the final draw, considering the tires still have well over half the tread left and they will soon be changed up for summer tires anyway. Had to demand the keys back so I could get the heck out of there. What a waste of time and would have been out a bunch of money if I had fallen for their scam!

I went here to have my winter tires put on. They put them on and I picked my vehicle up. After driving away--less than 1km-- my back left wheel completely fell off while I was driving. I had to call a tow truck sit and wait and have the vehicle brought back. The following day they informed me there was no damage and I asked for a refund or discount as my wheel literally fell off while I was driving and I had to pay for a tow truck. I was informed they gave me a free lug nut the day before (a $4 dollar value from their mouths) and theres nothing else they can do that day so I should call back. I called back 3 times never received any help. Horrible mechanics if they cant change tires and even worse customer service. I would NEVER recommend anyone go there.

I had a very similar experience as everyone else had. A few years ago I went in with my car, which would not start. After several days of no updates on what the issue was I decided to give them a call. When I did they told me they had found the issue and would only be a few hundred dollars. After no call back, I once again decided to call them back. When I did they had told me that the car was ready and that it would be over $2,200!!! They couldn’t even exactly tell me what they had done, and did not even ask me before doing whatever the heck they did that made it cost so much. When I attempted to ask an individual, who I believe was Brien, he did not want to explain the matter. This place is full of scam artists. Beware.

Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Horrible service. They tried to take advantage of me on my motor vehicle inspection and went on to do work on the vehicle without our approval first. They blatantly lied to me and my husband separately. They also kept the vehicle overnight because they had to undo all of the work they had done without approval.

Took my tires in to be changed.....they worked on other vehicles while mine was in the shop, and tried to charge me almost 2 hours labour. If you dont say anything they will rip you off. I will never go back and would not recommend to anyone else.

The new owner is great, I have had bad experences their in the past with the old owner. The prices are some of the lowest around and the workmanship is of a high quality.

Got ripped off. They did unnecessary work after I went there for an inspection sticker. Will NEVER go there again. As I said RIP.....OFF..... ARTIST!!!

Thé mechanic know what is hé doing but i sudgest to always watch any mechanic when there are working on your car
