I was referred to Speedy by a friend who has been a satisfied customer for many years. After checking the online reviews which were excellent, I decided to call for an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was bilingual, so that can be helpful for customers who are more comfortable in expressing themselves in a particular language. When I walked in, the owner was standing behind the counter and came across as a friendly person and so did the others who were there. I was quoted a certain amount for an oil change and a brake service which was considerably less than at the dealership. So, when I went to pick up the vehicle, the bill was much less than I had been quoted. All they charged me was for the oil change. When I asked why they didnt charge me for the brake service, I was told that everything was good with the brakes and that it was a little something special for a new customer. Wow! This is usually the type of service you would expect from your local mechanic shop in a small village where everyone knows everyone but not in a big city like Moncton. Speedy just instantly gained 3 new customers---Me and 2 sons. Furthermore, for the cost of a brake service job Speedy will get much more publicity than having spent the equivalent on media adds. I dropped my car off at 10am for an appointment scheduled for 11am I asked them to please call me when it was done so I could come pick it up they told me that would not be a problem. I waiting until 1230 and then I called when I asked if my car was finished they told me oh yes yes it has been. ( very frustrated that I had to call them a hour an half after my apt time) then I get there to pick up my car, no one was in the shop and the guy was on the phone talking about the weather and other pointless things with the person on the other end while I stood and waited for 10 mins to pay then he finally took my payment while on the phone still but couldnt print my copy of the work order because he was still on the phone. Very fustrated I left without the print out because I was not waiting another 10 mins for a piece of paper.

I took my 09 Vibe in to Speedy for oil change and MVI this morning. My appointment was booked for 7:30am and the vehicle was promptly taken into the bay. While it didnt need brake pads to pass the MVI, the front pads were very worn and I chose to replace them at Bobs recommendation. I expected to have to return to install parts, but surprisingly everything was complete in less than 90 minutes. The service technicians were very friendly and informative, bringing out the existing parts, replacement parts and identifying potential issues. Throughout the entire visit I felt welcomed and valued. Very happy with my first visit and it wont be the last. Thank you to the team at Speedy Auto Service!

Was referred to Bob and his great staff in 2015. Only words of praise for their courteous efficient service and very fair treatment. They go out of their way to provide service above and beyond, always with a smile even though they are overly busy. I introduced them to my 93 yr old mother (yes she still drives and maintains her vehicle) - and they treat her like a queen. Very glad we met, they are now my go-to friendly mechanics. And they employ a female mechanic! Appreciate equal opportunity employers - very important today.

I had my vehicle towed to the garage. This was my first time using them and it was because of the reviews. They treated me pretty good. Like one of their own. And they fixed my car issues promptly. Plus saving me money. Their waiting room is comfortable with cable TV. And the bonus is they allow you to go into the garage to speak with whomever is working on your car. Where things are explained better for me as I can get a visual. I highly recommend them. Speedy, dont change your customer service. And keep up the good work.

Speedy Auto Service on mountain road. Definite hit. :D Ive never felt so at ease at an auto mechanics. Didnt feel any pressure to pay for service I didnt need right away. Even other customers that were waiting were relaxed and it felt like we all just knew each other. The waiting area is comfortable, open and clean with coffee, tea and magazines. They bring you in where your car is to show you what the problem is when they are diagnosing. I will definitely keep going there. Great customer service!

The people here are very helpful and knowable. I was visiting from Florida and stranded in Hopewell Rocks. I got the truck to them in Moncton and they got started right away. After they checked out my trucked they worked non stop until it was fixed right. Event though I sat here all day, I saw people come and go. They managed to take care everyone who walked through their doors. Kimmie greeted everyone with a smile and a positive attitude. I would go back!!!

Would of ordered an exhaust online and had it installed, but ended up going to Speedy from reading the online reviews. In the end, it was much cheaper and hassle free. Bob inspected the exhaust and quoted me a price and how long it would take, about an hour. Ended up being ten dollars cheaper and done in half the time. I was very impressed. Very honest and very professional with no BS. I would recommend his shop to anyone for auto repairs.
