Have nothing but amazing things to say about Towne Ford. Brought my 2014 Ford Focus in recently because water was pooling in the passenger side floor and I hadnt left the window open or anything. Turns out, manufacturers fault with air conditioner leaking in into the car itself. So they fixed it, and while it was being fixed Paula, from whom I bought my car, gave me a 2017 Ford Escape (because thats the car I am thinking of buying in a few years and I wanted to try it out). The next day, I went in, and my car was fixed, but because of the water, it had a bad smell in it, so they had to order a new carpet for the car. Since the carpet was coming from the United States, they set me up with a rental from Entreprise. This time, it was s 2016 Ford Edge (after being in the Escape, I know thats the car I really want to buy eventually). So I had the rental for five days while they waited for the carpet to arrive, then install it. When it was finally ready, I dropped my rental off and hopped back into my car. No charge, as it was covered by my warranty. But in a stressful time, when youre worried about how to manage money, it was so nice to be reassured by Scott that I was being taken care of. They truly have the best customer service. I love going in for an oil change, inspection etc. whatever I might need. May is always efficient and tells you exactly whats happening (and shes hilarious), and Ken in the service department has taken five minutes to pump up my tires when I was low, no problem and always with a big smile.

Had some great help and good answers to my questions when i went in to buy my new truck, couldnd ask for any better service, the whole team is super helpful and ready to assist with anything. I recently had a rock bust one of my tires and it was replaced no questions asked and as always they were very happy to help me. I would recommend anybody to buy from towne ford!
