My flight to YFC was set to land at 8pm, so thats when I told Avis Id be picking up my car. Then, my flight got cancelled. I got re-booked for a later flight set to land at midnight (around the time Avis closes). I called ahead to let Avis know. Then, my re-booked flight got stuck on the tarmac and was delayed by an hour - but I couldnt call Avis to tell them about this new delay, since my phone had to be in airplane mode. Lucky for me, Judi was working the Avis desk that night. My flight didnt land until close to 1am, but she stayed open just for me. She was so pleasant when I finally got there, despite having to stay at work an extra hour on my behalf. Couldnt have been sweeter or more accommodating. Judi, you dont even know how much easier you made my trip - thank you!!!
