I wanted to get my husband a gift for our 30th wedding Anniversary. I thought and thought - what would he absolutely love. It came to me - a Side by Side 4 x 4 Utility Terrain Vehicle ...... We have a little camp we go to and he would get a lot of use out of it, as well as have so much fun - this would be the perfect gift. We wanted to buy local - support our community, a small business - so we went to BroadView Power Sports in Hillsborough, New Brunswick. Throughout the process of purchasing our HiSun we spoke to Aaron (the Manager) as well as Randy and Emilie (the owners). We were assured this was a great machine and that they would take care of us. They sold themselves and their business as being there for their customers - and that we could not go wrong buying this HiSun. and so it began ... Issue after Issue - - it seemed each week we were driving an hour and a half to bring the HiSun back to BroadView, for repair. The Brakes - Thank goodness no one was hurt. Electrical Short - which was draining the battery. Electrical Short - no lights. Clutch assembly. U Joint with no grease - it wont hold grease. The Seat was getting very very hot. Here is the Clincher ..... We only bought the HiSun in May of this year ... Yes May 2014. and the last time we brought it in was June, and they have had it ever since - it is now Sept. 2014. My husband has been dealing with this - phone calls, emails ... however, when I saw this email, from the owner ..... my heart completely sunk especially upon reading his use of the word lemon. They keep telling us the part is on order, that this is a manufacturing issue,... they are not backing the product at all. Promises not kept, phone calls not returned, absolutely no refund. As the owner said .... They sold us a Lemon

Bought my CForce400L 16 March 2016. Make you feel like a #1 client then yup after the purchase well your left feeling like you no longer matter. Try and talk to Service Manager is a problem call leave messages and 3 days latter he may call if you dont call back first. First time bad experince was for first service at 350kms and because they hold no inventory finally got it back 2 weeks later. Brought back in for 2nd service at 750kms yup got it back 2 weeks later , again parts on back order oh and still waiting on a shock Ive brought it back 2 more times with issuses Mr Service Manager who knows nothing about it goes with what he told by his *so called highly trained Techs* who rather pass blame for incompetent workmanship. In July brought in for my cable on my brand new winch frayed and not working, so they replaced it but charge me for cable only, well I unspooled first time 02 December 2016 in free spoll it wips off with about 10 feet left (50 foot cable). Return to have fixed properly told by Service Manager oh you yanked that to hard and popped the holding screw out!!! Took it to G Bourque was told no impossible, brought it to machinest too fix who also stated impossible rather not installed proper. Left rear shock broke again, was asked did I go off roading ruff???? Brought it in to have shift gear adjusted 2 times yup you guessed it not shifting proper again. My fuel tank was changed in October due to leak now my gas gauge dont work proper. Im certain Im not alone in feeling upset with this bussiness, just one who dont mind sharing his bad experinces. I promise you and them I will never again purchase a mistake from this place. Now have to travel to Mirramichi over 100 kms away to try and get fixed proper.

Needed a brush cutter, got personal attention, and good advice. Ive used the unit plenty this season and havent needed service so cannot comment on that end but have another year and a halfs worth of warranty. Spoke with 3 different people over the buying process and every one was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
