Hi Sarah Wood, I am truly sorry to hear about your bad experience. When a vehicle gets towed in to us its normally a 2 week turn around time to have the repairs completed by the time we order/receive parts and do the repairs. Which I thought you were aware of when we first spoke on the phone. As for the missed damage on your fender, that was an oversight on our behalf as it wasnt really near the area with the most damage and we honestly did not see it. It was a really busy time of year, and I apologize for the lack of communication on our end to keep you updated with the repairs and progress of your vehicle. If there is anything we can do to gain your trust again we would be happy to try, I would like to offer you a free detailing on your RAV4 if you are able to drop it off to me for a morning when ever works for you. NEVER USE FIX AUTO FREDERICTON!!! I brought my RAV4 to Fix Auto following an accident, as it was my insurance companys preferred collision centre. Over the two weeks that they had my car, I was very disappointed by the service provided by Fix Auto Fredericton. Not once did I receive an update regarding the progress on my vehicle. Every time I wanted an update, I had to call myself and was only ever able to speak with the receptionist, who did not know much about vehicles. After two weeks, I went to pick up my vehicle and there was still damage that they claim they "missed". They told me that they would call me and have me come back in to fix the remaining damage. I waited two and half weeks for a phone call and never received one. I got tired of waiting and called them back to book an appointment for myself. This is a very poor way of running a business...

Worst shop Ive ever been to. Made an appointment for a Tuesday morning and was told the car would be ready before 5 that night. Ended up not taking the car in until Wednesday and didnt get it back until Thursday. Somehow ended up short 1/4 tank of gas and they destroyed the transmission as well. A simple frame repair is likely going to cost me thousands because of these idiots. Id rate them negative if it would let me.
