I was extremely satisfied with the guys at the service desk. They took ownership of my problem and were attentive and contacted me with what they found. I asked for no work to be done as the quote was high in cost. The mechanics thought I may have needed a new latch to replace and existing one on my bottom door that would have been a cost of 300$(quoted). I was able to fix the problem with another local garage that ended up costing me 70$. I was highly disappointed however to have payed 50$ to get a quote done. I thought the cost was quite steep for what had been done. I want to make it clear that the service from the guys at the counter was awesome, that 50$ quote cost will make me think twice about not only servicing my vehicle at Violette ford, But possibly purchasing any other vehicle there for that matter.

I was very happy with the experience with my sales person Danny he went be on to get me what I wanted for accessories in my vehicle they didnt have it on the lot he got it for me in Levi I call her Black Beauty. Yes like the horse all black and lots of horsepower plus the financing manager was very very nice Nancy I commend you on your job this is my second escape and so far I am very happy with it thank you to you both for making this possible for me and my other escape Im giving to my daughter because I can rely on it when shes all fixed up now im relying on the service department....to be continued...
