Last week our tow truck driver dropped our truck along with us at OK Tire. They were not expecting us. The lobby was full of waiting clients, they were short staffed and the bays were loaded. The manager listened to our story and quickly went to work to find a solution. Within minutes he had called in a gentleman from the neighborhood who was off work. This man put out truck inside, changed our tire and had us on the road in time to allow us to complete our deliveries that day. We were relieved and grateful that "service" is still being offered at business these days. Best of all, the charges were less than $20.00 which means they would absorb the extra cost of bringing in help for a 1 hour job.

I suggest no one go to ok tire in grand falls they have the worst customer service. They did the exhaust on my car and they didnt unplug the battery and it ruined my bose radio and i called them about it and they had the nerve to say it was already like that when i brought it in. They didnt even call me when my car was done because they obviously thought my audi sitting in front would make people want to bring there cars in. I do not recommend anyone to bring there vehicles there.

Heading back to Ontario after our vacation, we severely damaged a right front tire. Pulled into OK Tire around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon with a car full of luggage, my wife, and two young kids.They didnt have the tire size i needed but they called around found one< then sent someone to pick it up. The service was amazing, they had us back on the road in under an hour AND were $60 cheaper than they originally estimated! Great staff, great service!!! Thanks from the Burke Family

We were travelling through Grand Falls with two small children. We ended up with a slow leak, Walmart wouldnt help. When I called OK Tire, they were awesome. They told me to go right over (8am) and they fixed it in no time for a great price. The staff were wonderful with my children, even when my 10 month old had a meltdown. Thanks for helping save our family vacation
