The work they do is good and they are nice enough to deal with. However, they consistently lose bookings for the service dept. In the last year they have lost over half the bookings we made them. Today was the final straw though, we wont be making any more appointments with them. We discussed this with the manager and he said hed be checking the system instead of figuring out how to make it right with us. All we needed was an MVI on a 11. If it was as simple as rescheduling that would be one thing, but when you have two professional adults with busy schedules and two small children, getting a car to the dealer can be a logistical challenge some days. This does mean that Ill be thinking twice about buying any Honda gear directly from them or any other dealer any time soon. I love the brand but this has been ridiculous.

I had a few issues with how something was dealt with, but after hearing a detailed explanation about the situation, and getting excellent personalized service thereafter, I recant now what was a poor review, and have to say Im impressed with the level of understanding and decisive action taken by professional employees at Sutherland. Well done!

Always great motorcycle service, with no hidden charges. Been a customer of Sutherlands (motorcycle and car) for 40 years now, and have never had a bad experience. Daryl in motorcycle service is arguably the best motorcycle mechanic anywhere in this area and Nicole at the service desk knows her bike parts and is a pleasure to deal with!!

Horrible experience trying to buy car here. The management doesnt care about your happiness in purchasing a new car here. Its very obvious what they want and thats your money above all else. Very arrogant. They are fortunate to have good brand or theyd be out of business. Other Honda dealers not to far away
