I did not have a good experience on my last visit to the service department. I have a loud noise coming from my car. Went for a drive with the tech so he could reproduce the sound and hear the problem. I have an idea of what might be causing it, but he had a different thought that it might be a leak or something in the exhaust. The car was then taken into the service bay for about an hour and worked on. All exhaust and intake connections and clamps were inspected for leaks and nothing was found. The verdict was that the cause of the sound could not be found and that it was "A normal turbo sound". The issues with this are: The tech heard the sound and thought it was a leak (i.e. a problem with the car). A leak was not found so it was deemed a normal sound. So if it was a normal sound, the tech would have known that on the drive and not suggested a leak of some sort. Also, if it was a normal sound, an hour of labor at $100/hr would not have been performed to find the source of said normal sound. Unfortunately, my thought of what the sound might be was never inspected. I received an email afterward stating that they hope I had great service and that if I wasnt 100% happy to contact them through the supplied address. I did that and have not heard back (over 2 weeks now). I held off giving a bad review hoping we could clarify some things, however that seems to have failed. This was my experience with Riverview Ford Lincoln service department and I can not recommended going there. Especially since there is another Ford dealer just 1 km down the road.

Our experience with Riverview Ford b exceeded experiences with every other brand we have dealt with, including Dodge, GMC and Honda. We have over 22 years of driving experience and approximately 8 different vehicles; four of which were brand new through the dealerships. This experience was the most comfortable and smoothest. The purchasing process was very smooth and informative end-to-end, starting with showing us the vehicle they had in stock that met all the shopping criteria we had on our wish list, allowing us to explore the vehicle and its features without feeling rushed or pressured at any point in time. Adam was fantastic at answering our questions. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. The dealership had a vast inventory for us to look at, which we did not see at other dealerships. Adam was patient with our questions and our concerns throughout. Any issues we did run into were either promptly taken care of or an action-plan was put in place. I love the service and personal connections at Riverview Ford Lincoln from walking in the door and being greeted personally by everyone, to the great service I receive on my vehicles. Brian Speight doesnt miss a detail and the purchasing of a new vehicle is smooth and easy. He always goes the extra mile from taking care of extra tires to helping connect the garage door opener . The paper work goes easily with the great team all being efficient in their individual positions. And everyone is so kind and friendly. Ive actually never seen anything like it and use Riverview as an example of awesome customer service with my own staff. Also the service department is outstanding as well. Always crazy busy but I am looked after with ease , a car is waiting and everyone is fun and friendly. I look forward to going in there and leaving with a smile. Service department fiasco. 2016 MKC, back up camera wasnt working, took it in 3 times until it was finally replaced. Block heater recall, was called in to have it fixed, when we get there they dont have the part, second time they have the part, loaner vehicle they gave my wife had no gas in it so she had to put 5 dollars in to get home and back. Cleaned vehicle shortly after and noticed two scratched and a small dent in around license plate, advised service manager that the damage was probably done in their shop while working on camera, same area. We were advised to put it through insurance somebody backed into it, chance that it could have been damaged just about zero unless it was a low flying drone, area is concave and no other adjacent signs of damage, love the MKC, service department is a joke!!

Definitely need too watch what there doing , got charged 100 to turn down one rotor , first few ppl said that was normal price . I knew it wasnt and when I called in I was right should of been like 25 and then guy at desk argued with me even after they had a check waiting for me lol. Not to mention they keep saying nothing wrong with my front end , says its suppose to make noises when it turns and suppose too sounds like that . No ones front end should sound like a helicopter blade . Im going in once more then Im trying out wood motors. Only one whoever helps us the guy in the office to the right of the service counter!

I do not drive a Ford but have taken my vehicle to Riverview as they always seem to be able to "fit me in" when my regular dealership cannot. I also like the fact that when Im asked "What time do you need your car back?" I can rely on it being ready for pick-up at that time... this seems to be an uncommon attribute these days. I would highly recommend the service team at Riverview. They are welcoming, professional, always smiling, and address my concerns and seek to find a resolution. I will consider buying a Ford as my next vehicle, largely due to the level of service I have received there.

Brian Speight and the finance department treated me with the upmost respect and honesty. I have been so impressed with my experience at Riverview Ford that I could not consider another product. When my truck broke down on the side of the road one afternoon earlier this year, I had it towed to Riverview. They took the truck right in that day and serviced it and I ended up driving it back home that evening. Just recently, I needed something checked on my truck and they scheduled me right in early the following day. The service department at this dealership is second to none! Great job guys!

This is my second time buying a truck at Riverview Ford. Had a great sales experience buying a new F150. Salesman Alistair Milne has been here a long time and knows all Ford models to a tee. I was impressed by his no pressure, patient personality - especially because Im the kind of customer that asks 9999 questions. I explained what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate this.
