We moved to area from the USA. I was looking to purchase parts for our vehicles. I was referred to Northside Auto. So glad I was! I purchase all of my auto parts from these guys! As recently as last week I had an issue with my power steering system and they were extremely helpful and prompt & efficient in getting the right parts to me and took time to explain what & why it was needed. I will always use Northside Auto for my auto parts store! The team there is very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend Northside Auto!

honestly, I am never usually one to write reviews but these guys have exceeded my expectations more then once. I had a snowblower tire that needed repairing and other popular shops in town said they couldnt help me and that the tire was unsalvageable...I brought it to Northside Auto Parts and within the hour the tire was just like new. This is not even something they do in their shop but they did it for me! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Wrong parts previously, numerous times;last time it was the wrong axel that left the transmission revving and needing a tow and an expensive scan and parts from the dealer because I couldnt move it at that point. I did try to talk with the manager about the situation and he refused to help with the extra costs incurred because of their error.

Needed a new battery for my old Camry. Got it home, realized it was not quite the right one because the car was manufactured in Japan (my bad, not theirs!). They exchanged it no problem. Its always great to support a local business, especially one with a friendly, knowledgeable staff!

Ive specifically always gotten my braking parts from Norrthside. Theres something to be said about a team giving you options and not just quoting the most expensive item for your needs. I also got my hitch installed from Northside and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend!
