Very shady spot to try to purchase a vehicle. Twice I considered buying a vehicle here and twice I got really creeped out by their business ethics and had to walk away. Even after I told them I ended up buying elsewhere, I got called and harassed about how I made a mistake because nothing was as good as a Toyota. The icing on the cake was being called long after I told them I bought elsewhere being begged to take my negative Google review down. Sales manager Adam even tried to bribe me to take it down. He even went as far as calling someone closely associated with me to try to influence me. Very sketchy...wheres my privacy? In my experiences: High pressure sales tactics the whole time right out of the salesman handbook. Picking up the phone and pretending there was a guy on the line that would only buy my trade if I made a decision on the spot. Answer to some of my questions like: "Im a salesman, not a mechanic", "Its a Toyota, its bulletproof", "If they drop a bolt in the factory, it goes right into the garbage", but my favourite was "When I started, sales were at 30 vehicles/month, now were over 100, obviously Im doing something right". The second time I went looking for a vehicle, I was seeking quotes while travelling. I emailed them and they never responded until I left a negative Google review. My friend said that same thing happened to him and they told him emails are usually just tire kickers and youre better off just calling them. I thought in 2017 seeking quotes via email was okay? Either way, very sketchy. Stay away.

I have moved quite a bit in my life and never had any issues in a toyota dealer before coming here. my tundra check engine lite so I went there to get an apointement. they said the air pump was the problem and made me a rendez-vous 2 weeks later. the very next day that I went to get my truck checked, it went into limp mode. I called toyota but they only told me to get the codes cleared... good thing I have an obd11 because the codes would pop every time i started my truck. two weeks later my apointement is finaly here. THEY HAVENT EVEN ORDER THE PART AND THEY DID NOTHING!!! they dont want to give me another car in the mean time so I am stuck with this! all the other toyotas I ever went to would take me to enterprise and pay so I could get a rented car. but clark toyota left me on foot! I will NEVER buy a car somewhere there is so bad service and recommend anyone who wants a toyota to go some place else!

I went there with my wife to buy a Corolla for her. The dealership didnt have the car that I needed. They only had the car in a different color arriving after three months. I asked for a discount and the manager told that I can only get couple of hundreds off from the MSRP. I asked: "why is the discount so little? How much is the dealership going to get from this deal?" And the managers answer was: "Its non of your business....". The conversation was in a manner that if I am not paying what they told me then they have "nothing to talk about". I wont go there ever again even if the next closest Toyota dealership is one hour away.

Terrible service, terrible attitude, no smile, no welcome, nothing...I cannot understand who can get any good service in this facility. When I moved here two years ago, I went there for my regular maintenance stuff but I could not stand the service, so I quit going there. Lately I went there for some warranty issue and was treated in a very unfriendly manner. Too many employees for the worse car service in the country...keep up you will not be in service for long.

I bought a new-to-me car from Fredericton Toyota recently and the total experience was very positive. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting was both very helpful and professional. I was 100% satisfied with the customer service I received there. You could feel the positive energy in the sales room and everyone went out of their way to make you feel special. I had a 2 year old vehicle and brought it to Clarks Toyota. I am 150% satisfied with the service I received. They gave me a brand new Toyota for my 2 year old vehicle and I didnt pay to pay a cent!!!! I had my vehicle for 3 months and was very dissatisfied with the gas mileage and other factors. Mr Morency and his staff gave me more than I had ever hoped for.

My husband and I bought a car about 4 years ago from Clarks then on Wednesday we got work done, we have the extended warranty for 160,000km well the warranty doesnt cover anything. Im so pissed off at you Fredericton Toyota,, you put thing in are car we didnt ask for and then charged a crazy labour fee.. and think its okay.. I will never go bad there..

Absolutely brutal experience. Made an appointment for a test drive only to be given the run around and extended wait. Apparently they were doing their best to take care of me, I would hate to see what service was like it they werent doing their best. What a joke of a dealership. Hello competition, I am buying elsewhere.

Truck overheating, made it to Clarks service center only to be turned away because it was not a Toyota. Was told to tow it out because my engine was going to blow. Had to get water from a friend to fill the rad to get it to next garage.

Terrible service and unfriendly staff. I ended up driving 4 hours to Charlottetown Toyota to get warranty work done because Fredericton refused to look into it for me. I will never go back there again!!!
