I took my dads car to them as he requested. He is 83 and has terminal cancer. He kept a spotless car his whole life. The car was returned with no windows cleaned, trunk wasnt touched, dirt still around the seats. We paid $85 + tax. Dad had a car cleaned there 2 years ago with great results. Not sure what the problem is.
