Gave them my business for the better part of a year. Got a bullbar and a roof rack installed for me and that was done properly. However, as I am taking my winter tires off (Which they put on), I noticed that they managed to cross thread 4 of my studs, so I had to get them replaced. Very unprofessional seeing as how a shop cant even put on a tire properly without costing the customer money.

Ordered a cold air intake to the store, the day it came in I called before I left to make sure it was there, when I got there they informed me they had shipped it to my billing address in another province. Very annoying and not pleased at all
