Horrible experience. A reservation was placed 4 weeks before travel... I had flight delays but TRIED to call and provide updates to the staff as updates were being provided to us. I called before leaving Calgary, no answer on the phone. I called 6 times before leaving Toronto, no answer so both me and my partner left a separate voicemail. Upon arrival to the branch, no one was present even though all the other rental companies were still open. Myself and 4 other customers were left stranded and forced to use Hertz Rental cars. Upon returning to the airport branch to swap vehicles the following day, the customer service agent was unapologetic and unresponsive to our situation. We were offered an upgrade for $10.00 more a day, which at this rate they should be trying to salvage relations, which we declined. She then wrote a contact with the upgrade, explaining to us actually now it was free and not an upgrade, which we declined. Then she rented us a vehicle with damages larger than the "damage indicator", that was undocumented and caught by partner/myself. Overall, this experience was very unpleasant and frustrating beyond belief. I do not intend on using this branch in the future.

Booked a reservation in February for a week in July. Received an email reminder the day before my reservation. When I arrived, they said they didnt have a car for me and that I was now "over there". When I inquired as to where "over there" was, they said they made a reservation for me at the Budget. When I got to the Budget counter, there was no reservation for me and the cost was 66% higher than Enterprise. When I submitted an online complaint about it, they said it was referred to the Regional Management that oversees this branch. A week later, I followed up because no one had responded to me and they said they escalated it to the Corporate level. A few days after that, Ive still received no response. On their Facebook, it says the "Enterprise Way" has something to do with their commitment to their customers, employees, and communities. Clearly, Marketing has not informed the rest of the company that this is their slogan.

2 weeks in advance; Reserved car for 7pm. Car is not available at 8pm. Was advised car will be available in 25 minutes. Then all staff disappeared from the counter and nobody picks up the phone. 1 hour 40 minutes stuck here with two hungry children to get a car reserved 2 weeks ago. Shameful customer service. Worst experience ever.

Enterprise is the absolute best at car rentals. From their service when you book with them to their concern that your time with their vehicle was the best time you ever had. Enterprise is a full package deal.

Rented a Hyundai Elantra for two weeks. Smooth rental from beginning to end. Loved the car too! Super reliable on the roads around, which werent always 100% paved or had a lot of pot holes.
