On February 27th, 2015 while travelling out of province, I had a mishap with my 2015 SUV on the Trans Canada highway near Moncton. The following day I went to the dealership in hopes of having my vehicle checked for driving safety concerns. They were unfortunetly unable to inspect the vehicle for a couple of days and I could not wait for that appointment. First thing Monday morning, I went into Champlain Auto Body in Dieppe and explained my situation to the receptionist. She passed my concerns up to the owner and within 30 minutes, my vehicle was up on the hoist. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The work they did on my vehicle was top notch and I was able to drive back to Nova Scotia with piece of mind that my vehicle was like new again.

To be fair, the quality of their work was good. But the service I received was very poor. My SUV had gone to them after a minor collision. They had all of the body repairs done and they were taking my car from out of their shop to go get it aligned when they dropped their shop door on top of it, the mechanic backing my car out panicked and jumped out of the car, leaving it in reverse, and wrapped the drivers side door into the front fender. They did not take any pictures of my vehicle to show me the damage they had caused. Very sneaky. They fixed it and paid for my rental of course, but I will never ever take my vehicle back to them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 star is because they did a good job on the repairs.

I have been going to Champlain Autobody for all my repairs and maintenance for 3 years! Working on my third vehicle now. Every time the service has been quick and reliable and the staff have always been very friendly and accommodating.. The times that required quotes, they were able to complete the service within the quoted amount and quicker than expected. Ive since recommended them to all of my co workers who have also been very satisfied with the service they received.

Champlain Auto Body is hands down the best shop in town. Ive been in a few accidents and as we all know they are no fun at all. Champlain Auto Body has ALWAYS delivered an amazing product/service in a professional way. I have always and will always recommend Champlain Auto Body to anyone whos been in an accident. Big or small they do the job right the first time.

Had an issue with my car that needed to be fixed urgently. We called Champlain Auto Body, they were able to take my car in and fixed within about an hour. They did a great job, they were professional and the staff was very help full. Definitely recommend this Boby Shop.
