The support service has not occurred. The car offered was dirty and did not fit the criteria agreed with my insurance company. Upon signing, I asked a contractual form in French. I was told it did not exist. Later they called me to tell me that the yellow copy was in French. I was also offered to change the car, it would have taken me to drive 32 km trade. The effort was not there.
