Saturday Aug 29 2015 No stars for me as it is an Incompetent service department and from the get go it was even a struggle with the sales representative. Should not have bought at Bathurst Honda in the first place. I traded my leased car for a same age Honda. My trade was in excellent shape, low mileage but needed a bigger vehicle and my lease was finished. They could not give me a penny for my car because there was a small dink in the windshield and would have to be replaced before they could sell it. I did not notice that the car I was buying at a very same dink too till after signing papers. It was like pulling teeth to get them to fix this windshield also. Plus as I am leaving the lot with this vehicle I noticed that the AC does not function. No problem will fix it with the 30 days warranty. The job was done or should I say "butched" up. and in a short time the AC was again non functional. By this time I am in Tampa FL. No AC. After a call to Bathurst Honda am told to get it fixed and that my extended warranty will pay for it. Pay it and will reimburse when you return. The cost was almost $1000.00 and they reimbursed $250.00 and would you believe that by the time I got home the AC did not work again as Tampa Honda did the same job as Bathurst Honda. A "Butched" up job too. Fought with Honda USA and Honda Canada got another $250.00 back but am still $500.00 short after buying a $2250.00 extended warranty!! and still no AC. Bathurst Honda said ok bring it in, will fix this AC. Two weeks after the fix still no AC. They said bring it back in will put in a dye and will see that way if there is a leak...Brought it back in and this time the compressor is changed and would you believe that they charged me $60.00 Crooks!!! A few months later we are back in Florida and would you believe no AC again!!! Bring it to this small little repair shop and they fix it as Bathurst Honda had not secured the compressor line properly and it came off along with all the chemical. Cost $60.00 and my AC works since.... well ...6 months now. Meanwhile I contact Honda Canada with all this unfairness and they give me a $200.00 servicing to any Honda service department. I bring the car in to Honda Bathurst (of all places.) I said give me a oil change and a check up. They said maybe you should get this and that checked as your oil is not due to be changed. An hour later am told you need this and that and that changed and the price is $200.00. Nice Job!!!! but am not getting it done here!!!! Meanwhile I receive a recall for the drivers side door handle. I bring it in, get it done then...the door wont latch properly. You have to close it a second time for it to latch. Very annoying. Bring it back and what ever is done it worked as it never occurred again... but....not all of the time but at times???? I am locked in, I cannot open my drivers door, have to jump over the console to exit by the passenger side door. This is dangerous now, so go back to Bathurst Honda. Mechanic plays with it for an hour, oils the lock and calls back. Its ready, cant find what is wrong therefore you owe us the salary of the mechanic for one hours work. I am dumbfounded. What is wrong with this picture!!!! Should have known that he was incompetent when he asked "did you pull on this little door latch to try and open your door"....daaaaa...Thats the only way to get out of the car...So did not pick up the car. I Am absolutely not paying, I would rather cancel payments and leave the car there. What is wrong with this world? What ever happened to customer satisfaction!!! All it is is "give me your money and screw you" Monday Aug 31, 2015 Just received my car back, manager of service department got involved and the recall part was changed a second time as perhaps it was defective also and no charge. Amen!!!

Being the new owner of the new Honda Civic ex-turbo 2016 wow speechless... For the last couple of months I have been contemplating on wether trading my mazda 3 for the civic.. My biggest worry was the credit approval process along with the stress and payment plan. Surprisingly Everything turned out to be possible.. and Ive learned with that , sometimes in life you just gotta take risks and turn them into advantages and make things happen..you just have to ask questions and let the sales person know your needs. Most important of all my sales person Kristine frenette was beyond exceptional, she was able to provide me all information and small details I needed to know in order for me to buy a safe and reliable vehicle that I know will last and fit my needs.. she made sure I was comfortable before proceeding without any pressure.. and I felt great and did not think otherwise .. service was so fast and descriptive which deserves a big Kudos! Also the finance team Danie and Charles were extremely helpful by informing me of all protection my civic has and that if anything ever happened I know my civic will be in good hands as I now am with Honda there were just so many advantages I was surprised . Bathurst Honda team you can tell youre very well educated and you know your process! For just My third vehicle, never had I ever had this much quality service/knowledge.. and for that Bathurst Honda team definitely deserves a big 5 star in helping me find whats right for me and my needs and making my dream come true.. Couldnt of made a better decision and I would definitely recommend Bathurst Honda to Everyone.

A year ago, I was acquiring a Honda Odyssey Navi, 2015 from Bathurst Honda and I am delighted with it as I was with the one I owned since 2005. It is an excellent, stable car , Comfortable, reliable, fairly economical on gasoline, and excellent handling. I am satisfied with the service received by the representatives I dealt with, including Mario Martel, who explained to me how the car works. To them I give a 5 star. I can not, however, give a 5 star to Bathurst Honda who did not care to have at its disposal owners manuals. It took me three months to get one. It seems to me that when you buy a car especially with all these gadgets, the dealer should see to it that these books are available.
