Very rude on the phone! He wanted me to give a deposit on a $40 outside door handle because it is hard to get off ( which it isnt or we wouldnt be replacing it ourselves) I tried explaining to him I live an hour & half away didnt matter he wouldnt take it off till I gave the deposit. I was going to go the next day and pay the whole amount and get the part. He tells me I would have to wait a day & half to get the handle from him.

Purchased a used motor from Team Auto that was installed on my vehicle by another shop. Within 5 days of the 90 day warranty expiry the oil pan developed a pin hole leak. I called Andy and he covered the cost of replacement without hesitation. This was the first time doing business with T.A. and I wouldnt hesitate to go to them again. E.W. Ft. Garry

Decent business, the people working with customers need to bring up the professionalism and start acting and sounding like true customer service representatives. They need people who dont get annoyed by the folks who have little auto knowledge, and maybe sound like they want repeat business.
