I started taking my vehicles to T Mac on Goulet as my father has always dealt with them for all his vehicles and their needs.. Considering Im a female (Weve all heard the horror stories when it comes to women and auto services) Ive always had great service from them. My dad would text Richard afterhours and have an appointment booked that same week even if they were very busy. When I started working near the airport, I wasnt able to bring my car to Richard anymore so I decided to try the location on Ness as its on the way to my work - I have not been the slightest disappointed with them either. Ron is super nice, the prices are VERY reasonable , they dont try to get every penny possible from you, and they always have the parts they need within the same day or two. I would never bring my car anywhere else. Even their oil changes ( where they inspect your car top to bottom too) are cheaper then the quick 15 minute oil changes and you know theyre taking care of your baby. I wouldnt imagine ever going anywhere else and considering they only have two locations, they are very, very convenient locations for myself. I would rate them 10 starts if I could.

My husband was travelling out of town when my car decided to go belly up... Was hesitant to go to a mechanic shop by myself you always hear about girls getting the crappy bills or not being told the truth about whats actually wrong with your car. Not only did they go thru everything with me, in detail, but also showed me. The bill was completely reasonable and the repairs were done really quickly, which made it easier for my daughter and I to get around again. Once my husband returned, he was so impressed and happy with the charges and repairs, that we have a new shop to go to forever. Great people, great work, and even better communication. AWESOME experience all around! Would highly recommend!! 5 stars plus!!!

I was looking to purchase a car. I thought I had found the right one. But wanted to get a professional opinion on it. Those guys were charging 50$ and that was the cheapest I could get nearby. It took them about an hour to look at the car. The guy didnt miss a thing. He saw all the small details that were wrong about the car. Even when he was pointing them out we couldnt not always see it straight away. He told us how much we should buy it for. And what to expect from the vehicle. It was definitely worth the money!!!

I have been going to TMac for many, many years and have always had the best service possible. They have worked on everything from my 74 Dodge and 78 Chevy camper vans to my Dodge Caravan and Toyota Corolla. They fix what needs to be fixed without a bunch of "extra" charges. Whenever I need advice on a product or service Im confident in the info they provide. Just today I ordered another set of winter tires, this time for my son, and I know hell be getting the same great treatment Ive had over the years.

I will never go anywhere else from now on to get work done on my car! They are affrodable, provide great communication and do not take advantage of you at all. Every time Ive been there, theyve brought me in the shop and showed me what needs to be fixed, which I think is great. I recommend anyone to go to Tmac Autoboby on goulet street, who wants to save money and be treated well.

Not sure how these guys are still in business, These guys have no idea what they are talking about. and tried to tell me that replacing a ball joint is impossible without replacing the whole control arm. the fact that i have done the other side personally made me laugh. they told me they wouldnt do it after i corrected them that they were wrong. just another crooked mechanic shop.

Had to threaten legal action before they would payback botched fuel pump install cost. Took to another shop - 2 vacuum lines were leaking. 20$ instead of TMAC 561$. Extreme 500% markup on parts.Check your bill then call Canadian Tire for same part and notice the ridiculous markup. How do you think he opened 3 locations so quickly?

I LOVE t Mac. Any time I have any problem even if its small, I fully trust them. If it is a small problem, they dont bullshit and tell me they need to keep the car over night they fix it on the spot and dont charge for an hour. Never going to any mechanic other than t Mac. Nothing but positivity and honesty.

Ive been taking my vehicle to T-Mac for over 5 years now, work that is needed is fully explained, prices are great, Ive saved a lot of money going there, too many other places see a woman walking in and start adding up the charges before they even look at your vehicle. Great staff, friendly and courteous!

Highly recommend T-Mac Auto on Goulet. They changed my oil and a burnt out fog light for less than $85. As I sat there waiting, the manager helped 3 people with wiper blade and frozen lock problems for free. He did not try to up sell anyone and was professional and courteous to all. I will be going back.

I have dealt with Denis, Richard and Julie for 20+ years . They know domestic and import cars well. Its an honest auto repair business. They all know what they are doing. Great place to take a sick car.
