These guys are awesome - I had to get my drivers side window regulator and window replaced in my 2012 GMC Terrain. The regulator cable had snapped, and theres a plastic piece that attaches the window to the regulator that is actually molded onto the window that was broken - therefore new window (great design GM, way to be smart). Anyways Birchwood wouldnt cover this under my warranty and a new window was going to be $500. I called these guys instead because a) Id taken a different vehicle to them before and they were great and b) if Im paying straight up for something, Id rather support an independent shop rather than Birchwood Group. These guys called me back and said they could install a used window for $150 - awesome! Didnt even realize that would be an option. Thanks Stafford Auto Service! 10/10 would go back. Update: so I took my Terrain in, and the guys at Stafford called me a couple hours later and said there was nothing wrong with my original window! So they just hooked up the regulator to the old one and my bill was that much cheaper. Really appreciate the honesty guys!

Fantastic service! I came in out of town with issues and James was able to get me in quickly and take care of the problem right away. He was incredibly helpful and made sure I was able to get going where I needed to. This will be my go to place in Winnipeg going forward. Plus they are open Saturdays!!

Misdiagnosed the problem. "Repaired" something that didnt need repair. Gave the car back with incomplete work - misalignment. Cant recommend.
