10 out of 10. Seriously. take your vehicle here. I was travelling and having an issue with my truck so i looked up a place to go and found Napa Auto and after reading a few reviews thought id try it. I showed up first thing and was able to deal withRichard directly. He took the time to take my vehicle for multiple road checks to identify the issue (it was a weird noise from the front end). He was able to get me in first thing to have it looked over. His crew put plenty of time in and worked really hard to fix my solution. he was honest and not trying to push parts on me or services i didnt need. The overall cost was more then fair and i left feeling good about what had been done and not feeling like it cost to much at all. If i lived in winnipeg this would be my local go to shop. They would have my work guaranteed. I highly highly reccomend this shop to anyone who wants to be dealt with fairly and not be gouged by a shop. As far as a "chain" mechanic shop goes (and i was to a few on my trip) Richard was the most honest and straight forward fellow to deal with. Like i said if i lived here i would not hesitate to take my vehicle here for anything i needed.

They are friendly, respectful, trustworthy, and professional with every interaction. They have enabled me to keep several vehicles running safely and efficiently regardless of the age or mileage on the vehicle. Its a pleasure working with them.

Been taking my cars there for several years. Good work and they stand behind it too. I tend to keep my cars for a long time and they help me keep them running and take time to find cheapest option for repairs, often hunting down 3rd party parts that are a fraction of OFE , or finding parts when original parts no longer available. I trust them, and havent noticed their prices as being higher than the market levels
