I suppose the inner rust protection does the job well. I was disappointed that given the huge cost I paid for the inner wax spray plus rubber undercoating that they would have done more rubber undercoating. They only coated a small section of the underbody with rubber. They didnt bother removing the huge plastic oil pan protector to coat in that area, which means they skipped about half the underbody. I did call them and they said this is standard. If so, I would expect the rubber coating would cost a lot less and I think its also pointless unless protecting everywhere. Rust spreads. Water can get anywhere that is unprotected. My biggest gripe is that when I brought my car in for an inspection/touchup of the work they had done 2 yrs previously, is that they didnt take care of any of the little rust spots from stone chips on the paint. It doesnt make any sense to me that a shop that provides rust protection wont do any body work, not even small spots of rust. Especially when they had done paint touchups of a few spots during the initial rust protection. I would have paid extra for that service but now I have the inconvenience of having to make an appointment with a body shop.

I brought my Jeep TJ 2003 for an Interior Shampoo and Detailing. Trevor, Service Manager was very friendly and helpful and provided all the information I needed. Trevor, the employee (same name) did the cleaning. He did an absolutely amazing job! My car looks phenomenal! My car was in a horrible condition when I brought it to Ming. I think that he has used a toothbrush to clean every little spot and details inside the Jeep! I did not expect a perfect job like that! I was very impressed! The entire car is spotless. I also used the shuttle service and it was very convenient and very pleasant. Trevor and his team are amazing. The staff there is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Excellent service, fast and reasonably priced. 5 stars. Highly recommend Ming Auto Beauty to everyone! I will definitely be going back!

They did an absolutely amazing job! My car looks phenomenal! My car was in horrible condition when I took it in to Ming. I have two dogs and transport dogs around in my vehicle regularly, so it needed a little TLC. I assumed I would get a car back that was cleaned okay and better than before. My car was covered in so much dog hair I did not expect a perfect job to be done. Boy was I surprised!! The entire car is spotless. I also used the shuttle service in the morning which was very convenient and very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend Ming to my friends and family!! I will definitely be going back!!

Came here with a family member to get a quote last week August 15, 2017. We parked our car outside when this long haired man (one of their employees) came outside and stared at us aggressively until he couldnt see us. We brushed it off and left our vehicle for work, next day we encountered the that jerk again behind the desk this time where my cousin received horrible treatment by this A-H. Makes me vomit thinking we supported this establishment. Never again.

I went in for an estimate to mitigate some pretty major scratches on my back bumper that came courtesy of a rouge garage door. The gentleman who came out to look at the vehicle took a peek and asked if I had five minutes. He needed to see if they could fix the scratches by testing a sample area. 5 minutes later, my car was 95% perfect. All he expected from me was a handshake and a smile. Very impressed. Will be back!

I had my two front windows tinted on my truck in Jan. 2013, price was very reasonable at $88 plus taxes. It was tinted in a deep freeze and temps were -25 to -35 for a few weeks, the windows were noticeably bubbly for about 5 days and I returned to see if it needed to be retinted. I was assured this was normal when the weather is that cold, low and be hold it looks great now! I would recommend Ming!

The results are better then I expected. My car has a show room polish and the little scratches and imperfections are gone. They also removed a couple of door ding dents, now invisible! Along with the 5 year warranty this was defiantly worth the money. I will be back with my next car.

We had our vehicle treated here in 2013 after taking it off the dealership lot. Looks as good as the day we bought it. We make sure to always come every two years for our free warranty touch ups. Trevor is fantastic to work with and very courteous.

Have had two vehicles tinted here. Was always treated well I found the prices were reasonable. Never had to use the warranty but if they honour it as its laid out its a good one. Dont try going for illegal tints, they will NOT do it.

They do good work but their Ming Rewards Program is total bullshit.I sent my nephews and a friend there for a total of 7 Ming Waxes but was told I didnt qualify because they had the work done on the "spring special".You be the judge!

Purchased a 2011 G37x and it had minor swirl marks and blemishes in the paint. Purchased the Ming Polish and they did a fantastic job on it. It really does have a mirror finish and it looks almost like a new paint job.

Ive been bringing my vehicles to Ming since the mid 90s and would recommend their Ming finish to anyone. Ive had numerous vehicles done and will continue to do so in the future.
