This is the worst shop ever . The woman in the front service her name Diana think she knows everything and I when to get an estimate on a window regulator and she give me a price labor there hundred dollars and try to over charge me on the parts she the best she could do is 300 dollars. The the is because is an expensive car. I dont have much money so I when to maxime muffler and midas and they were half of the in labor and parts they so me the estimate labor Guide software and and the they are over charging because is a new business and they are closing down that why they need to do this.there no regards for customers and carrying. And that woman act like she owns the meineke business. So I looked on every ones reviews so understand why is 5 out 5 reviews because all this people posting are friends and family of the owner. So that is not right in does not qualified has honest reviews goggles should not allow to do this. It is false reviews and should look in to it.

Well Lara Nueva you must be confused or Meineke repair your car for free for you to make such a fake opinion about this shop this is a joke. I know John when he work there he had over 22 years of experience and he a full license mechanic. What I mean by that is what ever title a mechanic could have he had it. And this guy Kevin you describe his not even close to is level. Is only been a mechanic for four or five years. He doesnt have any kind of qualifications expect been mechanically inclined. So my question to Meineke and the Management how could you make someone like that a shop Foreman. I guess Meineke is blindeed or just trying to falso advertise customers or misguide them . So pleased share information with others ando please Meineke be honest about your reviews (lara) funny. And Meineke owner should be proud to have had someone like John. All this reviews about other mechanic feel to me like a lot of REGRETS

Brought a friends car down for an oil change, service was quick, staff was very friendly and the inspection was very thorough, they let us know what was wrong with the car (just a broken flexpipe), and werent pushy when told that repairing it just wasnt an option. The foreman John has about as much integrity as anyone could hope for in this field. Five stars, been to a lot of good shops in town, never been as impressed as I was here, would certainly bring my own cars here.
