Mark at Master 12Volt installed a remote car starter on my van this fall. The entire experience was very pleasant - Mark definitely knows his stuff and helped me to decide on what model of a car starter would be best for me. He was very attentive throughout the entire process and made excellent suggestions on how to improve performance of my headlamps (this was not something I even considered but now cannot imaging driving with my old "dim" lights. After the initial install Mark checked on me a few times to make sure that everything is working properly. I would definitely recommend Master 12Volt to anyone looking for quality, hassle free service and a solid product.
