I would highly recommend Macdonald Auto Body! Immediately following my MPI appointment they advised me to drop off the papers and they called the next day stating that the parts were available and they could start work the following day. I had earlier called a different shop and I had to book an appointment simply to drop off the MPI forms. Needless to say, I didnt go with the other company. The staff at Macdonald were friendly, curious, and professional. The rental car was there waiting and other than a simple signature. I was ready to go. On my return it was the same experience. The work was first class, they took their time to ensure I would be happy with the finished product. Unfortunately, my collision was on my new 2015 vehicle so one can only imagine how I might have felt. They were very empathetic to my needs and concern. Kudos to Myron!! Thank-you April

Gord is very nice and professional, he helped me with all I need, he is very patient with me and he even went to the shop one day even though its weekend which they are close just to give me a courtesy car and the letter I forgot in their store. Hope, the receptionist is very nice and sweet, she always answers my call and gives me an update about my car. She is very patient with me as well even though I call many times. I would highly recommend this shop because they did a very good job on my car, They made sure that my car is okay to drive and they fixed everything. Now I just picked up my car and it looks good as new.

Absolutely the rudest body shop I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend anyone to take there vehicle or mpi claim here ever. They do not work closely or well with MPI which makes for a bad experience! WARNING do not take your mpi claims to this shop!

Great to deal with. Did an excellent job. The car looks like brand new. They did a very thorough job of cleaning the car inside and out. They even cleaned the dirt out from around the gas cap in the little door for this. I would certainly use them again if needed.
