If I could give this company a negative 5 I would. The worst customer service I have ever encounter and I would not recommend Maaco to anyone. They charged for services they did not provide, they charged me for power mirriors and did not give me power mirrors, they also did not properly put my wheel on which resulted in me having to bring my car to a proper mechanic and shop... the manager Josh when confronted with the situation said that the mechanic where I brought my car was I quote "talking out of his ass to sound important". I had a stranger pull up next to me to let me know that it looked like my wheel was about to fall off, and apparently Maaco isnt to blame. My car was not ready on time, it was always "tomorrow at noon" Josh the manager also told me I was one of his worst customers. The rim he put on my car was NOT the proper rim for my vehicle so he sold me the wrong rim when I asked him to just put a steel black rim on my car and his response "they have no steel black rims anywhere" however the knowledgeable mechanic that I brought my car too after Maaco destroyed my vehicle made ONE phone call and found my steal black rim. Maaco takes all of your money, doesnt fix anything, and doesnt take responsibility for anything, extremely poor customer service and NOTHING is done in a timely respectful manner, how they still have clients is beyond me. Dont even call corporate, because they are just as useless as they managers they hire. Save your self the grief and go to a shop that actually wants your business, treats you with respect and has your vehicle safe and ready in a timely manner.

Car was to be ready by Monday. Wasnt. No problem. On Monday I was tas told that it "was done and just needed to dry." Went Tuesday, noon, and told car not ready. Didnt receive a call Wed; called Thurs and told car was ready. At pick-up, one spot IDENTIFIED IN THE CONTRACT AS NEEDING TO BE PAINTED was not painted. It had the dark charcoal colour of primer, not the cars navy blue. Salesperson/estimator tried to tell me it was painted, as if Im colour blind! Said they could touch it up some more. I waited 15-20 min while they did this. After this, the spot in question looked like it had globs of blue-ish black bird crap on it. When I told the estimator that this was not acceptable, he told me that it would cost $125 more to get it looking smooth! He said it was filling in a dent (not true, this was just some paint peeling at surface, not a dent/indentation) Also, given the delays, work not done -then horribly done, I asked for some of the cost to be knocked off, to no avail. Estimator also said he "tried to get through to me" on the phone on Wed but couldnt. He had house # and we have voice mail box, with no messages left from him, so I chalk this up as another deception.

If you go MAACO, you are a JERK. Who said? The owner of MAACO said to me. I am a JERK. Why? I had left my car in MAACO for THREE weeks. Eventually I paid 2000 bucks. And I failed my Car Safety Inspection THREE times in a row. They NEVER said SORRY. THEY SAID ONLY "I AM A JERK and FNG" Do you believe in this story? Thats happened in MAACO. You wanna FAIL your Car Safety, then GO MAACO. I think the BODYMAN GUY is CZY. He said to me "I can hit you" when asking about the problem. Its happened in MAACO. And the owner said I am a JERK. It happend in MAACO. Eventually I fixed my car in other place. Thanks. I got a safety at one try, though I paid money, but I felt good. Why? In other place JUST ONE DAY IS ENOUGH, BUT HERE in MAACO... need a lot of times. MAACO has made me crazy for four weeks. THANKS MAACO. IT WAS VERY GOOD TIME TO ME. My patience had been growing up. I admit that I was wrong that I left my car to MAACO, but at the time I have no information about MAACO. Now, I GOT the ANSWER not to go there again.

Had to get my windshield fix and a dent in my door after someone smashed it! I was able to get my car in right away to fix and josh the manager handled MPI for me. He was polite, helpful and super nice. My car was done on time and looked great, he even went above and beyond and cleaned out my headlight cause they were all yellow. He helped me fine some new back tail lights to and even replaced a bulb free of charge after he noticed it was burnt out! What a great place, they even set me up with a courtesy car to and I didnt have to do anything but show up to drop my car off! They are excellent there and my car looked awesome after being fixed! I would definitely go back there in the future! Thanks so much for the great work

Took my vehicle in to get an MPI claim done on the passenger side. After I got it back it rained for a week and my vehicle FLOODED! it had 2 inches of water on the floor. Took it back and Rod flat out denied they were to blame. Told me he would get someone else to "handle me". My vehicle didnt leak when I gave it to him but it does now and only on the side they "fixed ". Now MPI is dealing with it. DO NOT GO TO MAACO IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK DONE.

I got these guys to re-paint my 84 Z28 Camaro and fix up a little rust at the same time. The owner (Rod) made some great suggestions regarding the size of the flakes in the metallic paint plus a really "special" clear coat. All in all, the final look was out of this world! Id have no problem taking another car here or recommending to family and friends!

Was more than happy with the collision repairs done by the this Winnipeg Auto Body Shop. We had an insurance claim from Autopac and were recommended by a friend to Maaco. The car came out beautifully and you could never even tell that we had car repairs or accident repairs done to our vehicle. Thanks to the boys at Maaco, great Autobody work!

They did sub par work. Lots of imperfections. I told them I would pay extra on top of work being done to fix some stone chips on the front hood. He said. No problem. All they did was paint over the craders. Looks awful. Never go there. And I will never recommend them ever.

"you get what you pay for" They went through all the options and gave me choices unlike other bodyshops I talked too. They fit my budget and surpassed my expectations on some private work I got done there, since then have gotten mpi claims done with them and still happy!

I was afraid to use this place because of the bad Google reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. I had an MPI claim involving replacing a bumper and it was done quickly and properly. I had called around to several body shops and they would have taken longer.

Rod and Josh really went above and beyond! They painted my classic car and went the extra mile every step of the way. They do amazing work and the customer service was incredible. I highly recommend Maaco on Wall.
