I walked in wanting to support a local business and I instantly became a customer for life. I called in and Donny (owner) answered the phone. I asked for a specific battery and he said they had it. When I arrived, they unfortunately did not, so Donny apologizes and says that he replaced it with a battery that was double the price, but I would only pay for the original battery. He had it ready and fully charged for me. Amazing. I call the next morning to tell him that I ended up with a battery with terminals on the opposite side and I didnt want to rewire my motorcycle. I tell him that its my fault for giving him bad information, but he tells me to bring it in and hell have the new battery ready to go and all I would need to do is walk in the door and exchange it. This, my friends, is EXCELLENT customer service. I will never go anywhere else.

I have to start off with before I do business anywhere I as a rule, always go check out customer reviews first! Yesterday it sure paid off, I needed a new battery for my Honda Odyssey, Tevin answered the phone and listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease. I needed to buy and install the battery the same day so when he told me they could, and would help me out I came right down. Not only was the battery a reasonable price, the customer service was fantastic and fast! I highly recommend Manitoba Battery to everyone!! My SUV battery couldnt keep up with the demands of our Manitoba winter and before work one morning just quit on me. I was able to get a boost and immediately called Joel at MB Battery who told me to come in to the shop right away. Once I got there they had me drive right in to the shop and they swapped out my old battery with a new one for a really great price, I didnt even have to lift a finger. Fast and friendly service, highly recommend to anyone who needs a battery!

Brought in a marine deep cycle battery that didnt seem to be holding a charge like it use to so was expecting to have to purchase a new one. The staff checked out the battery and told me that they would add electrolyte to it and de-sulphate it. Picked it up next day and there was NO CHARGE, it works like new, hopefully will last a couple more years. I know where Im going next time when I need a battery! Great service and very friendly and helpful.

This is the only place to get batteries. Great service and a small fee to get your batteries installed in your vehicle. They carry a good assortment of tool batteries as well a key fob and command start battery replacement. The staff is friendly and it tends to be busy at times, but it will be worth your wait.

The place is clean, service fantastic. you can bring in your old battery. theyll mark the date of purchase on the new battery so youll know when the warranty runs out. I was expecting to pay for a $200 battery at Canadian Tire for 5.9L jeep, it was half the cost.
