We swear without the assistance of Raymond Levesque, we would never deal with Autohaus again. His impeccable perseverance and relentless focus on customers’ needs had won us over. His willingness to go the distance for his customers had converted our negative experience with Autohaus Service Dept couple of years ago into a positive purchase experience. Before we bought the 2015 Jetta from him last month, Raymond spent a lot of his time trying to resolve the problems we had with the Service Dept on our old Jetta. He never showed his frustration or anger even though he knew he had become the collateral damage inflicted by the Service Dept. His sincerity had gradually convinced us to do business with Autohaus after almost two years. We know he would take good care of us as long as he works for the dealership. He is the type of salesman all loyal customers wont hesitate to follow. We highly recommend him because he will take care of your needs before and after the car purchase(s). His reply to your question(s) is always prompt and thorough. Buying a car is easy; having a real "pro" to look after your ongoing needs is difficult. Raymond is the one you can entrust and depend on. We love our 2015 Jetta Highline TSI which is fully loaded and equipped with additional features such as back up camera, blind spot detection, speed reminder etc. Thank you for giving us tips on where to order the body side moldings. With this added protection, our ride is definitely smooth for a long time.....
Purchasing my vehicle here was a great experience. Everyone seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I would agree that service is really slow. I would recommend going elsewhere for an oil change if you can. Three times now I have been told that an oil change would take an hour to an hour and a half. All three times, it has taken 2-3 times as long, which is FINE! But PLEASE! If the oil change will take longer, give me a more realistic time frame so that I can properly plan my day as opposed to waiting at McDonalds for 3-3.5 hours. When my car was broken into, I phoned Auto Haus VW because I did not know what to do. I left a voice message and nobody phoned me back. When I brought my car in, I phoned asking about how long it might take and if Id be able to get picked up from work so that I can come get my car. Call was answered by someone who was clearly NOT in a good mood. He was short with me, not friendly at all and answered my questions with "I have no idea" and "I will call you back". Which again, is FINE. I have worked in retail before and understand that not all questions can be answered right away, especially in a busy environment. But perhaps an actual call back would have been nice... Overall experience with Auto Haus VW has gone downhill. Will be going to the St. James location from now on.
The worst first time experience ever! It was my first time buying a car.I was very excited and was looking forward to it. My first visit here, the sales guy Michael Rodrigues showed us the Audi Q5, we were looking for. We liked the car and started talking about the price and the features. It didnt have a command start. The guy said he can give us the command start plus a $1000 discount as requested by us. He said he would still need to run it by his Manager. He came back and said yes. I needed to run this decision by my brother so I said I will come back Monday(My first visit was in Saturday). As promised, without wasting any time, I went there on Monday with my Brother, hoping to make a deal and buy the car. The sales guy Michael Rodrigues refused to give us the Command Start. He said the Manager who promised was mistaken. The Command Start wont be included. I was shattered. I saved money, worked hard to be able to buy a car I like. I just couldnt believe how he gave a word and didnt keep it. I could have still bought the car but didnt, because of his attitude and dishonesty. Right now, my state of mind is I dont feel like buying a car whatsoever. You always want your first time buying a car experience to be the best and this guy just made it the worst for me.
Overall the dealership is very clean and professional looking... BUT I have to say that the salesperson we dealt with was not very knowledgeable and did not meet our needs. At times he was very disrespectful and didnt provide answers to our questions, instead he danced around them with random comments. We contacted him way in advance to let him know we were coming in from out of town and exactly what we were looking for. You would think that he would have the vehicle ready, warmed and fuelled up but no! Instead, we waited for him to boost the car and fill it up with gas. He was aware that we were coming in with 2 young kids and still wasted 2 hours of our time. I would give this review 0 stars if it wasnt for the service department and the excellent service we received from Tristan on our 3 visits there. If I could review just the service department I would give it 5 stars! In the end, we had the VW for 7 months and have since traded it in for another brand which weve had success with in the past. At least with our new vehicle purchase we were treated with respect and professionalism!
I was a first time buyer looking at getting a used vehicle because of price reasons and I always heard never to buy new. After going dealership to dealership, all the sales people would have just let me leave with whatever I thought was nice. They all wanted to make a "deal". After looking around, I stopped at Knight Auto Haus dealership on Pembina highway, Winnipeg MB. I was greeted by Michael Rodriguez who is a personable, full of life, knowledgeable young man. He had an answer for all my questions. After looking around the lot and telling him what I wanted in a vehicle, he asked me, "why used?" After I told him my reasons, he showed me the price difference and the benefits of buying a new VW! The warrenty is excellent, the car is dreamy(2016 VW golf TSI) and great low rate on financing. We had spent less than an hour with getting all the paperwork together and he made sure by the next day my vehicle would be ready to go. What a pleasant experience and such a great team over there at Knight Haus!!! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. Thank you knight haus crew!! Ill be back!
This was my first time buying a car and honestly was pretty disappointed. I bought a 2013 audi a4 from them and they were using dirty tricks and fooled me to put a down payment without negotiating first, and as soon as I said I was paying cash they wouldnt even budge the price at all. After I purchased the car. There was a gas leak, which shouldve been on the safety. JZ told me it just got safetied and drive it around for a week (which is the most stupidest thing Ive ever heard) I couldnt drive the car for two weeks.. I had to print out the safety standards from the book and demand to speak to the sales manager, which he knows nothing about car safety. Had to book another appointment to talk to the service manager. He didnt know what the difference between a gas pump and the high pressure gas pump and insists it isnt part of the safety. But when he hand me over to Johnny Cordner everything was smooth sailing from there. They fixed the problem within an hour. Thank you Johnny for taking care of me.
